The conflict maybe getting wrapped up along with wrapping up Netanyahu himself, who had made the arrogant but cardinal sin to bypass and even insult the then President Obama and interfered in American politics. Such is the hubris of the Zionists due to their almost total control of the American political system. But no one likes a loser and Israel, as of now, is a loser due to the heroic and historic resistance by the Gazans.
So the Neo Cons are starting to court Saudi Arabia more and more. There have been increasing chatter of 'bilateral' talks between KSA and America--talks which are making progress and talks which are not pleasing to Israelis but KSA offers big bucks! KSA is being asked to not ditch the American Dollar, being asked to continue to buy weapons from America, being asked not to go crazy on BRICS etc etc. In return some kind of Palestinian State is being offered and civil nuclear technology is also on the table. Sadly, if Saudi Arabia takes a lollypop from the Neo Cons, then it would be a historic mistake. The root cause, as it has been for decades, the KSA-Iran rivalry.
