Let's put things in order, if I understands correct we have at current 10 units & 3 more to come 10 + 3 = 13 Erieye & 4 ZDKs (till we have official verdict from PAF).

I think some of these SAABs are not Erieye. My guess is around 8-9 Erieye and 4-5 standard SAAB 200s, good news is normal SAABs will save Erieye airframe hours with regards to training pilots

I only quoted serials of Erieyes not Saabs, PAF has at least 5+ SAAB2ks in transport/VIP/ISR roles.

We had seven operating before, and we received one last month, for a total of eight Erieyes and four ZDKs.

12 operational AEW&Cs...
I am still leaning towards the ZDK retirement scheme. It simply makes no sense for Pakistan’s size to have so many AEW even with a poor 50% operational rate.. heck the entirety of NATO organization E-3 fleet is around 15 aircraft.

Apparently they are being "upgraded and converted to a transport role"

9 AWACS - Saab + ZDK
So when the 4 come in and the ZDKs are let go - the 9 number remains.
Getting different numbers of Erieyes from different people

Didn't you say one of those was destroyed? So it should be 12 Erieyes in total including the 4 new ones and minus the destroyed one.

12 AWACS with ZDKs converted to transport/EW

Is it possible that we are using AWACS for EW role also. Also, according to Pakistan Strategic forum guys. The ZDK radars would be retired not the planes. The planes will get converted into either EW role or transport role.
