Turkey have its own KAAN stealth fighter. Plus the number of F16s and other fighter jets turkey has are far bigger than Israeli Air force .
Israel doesn't have a large domestic weapon industry like turkey. This thing matters a lot. This is the reason why all the combined military aid of US and NATO can't beat Russia in Ukraine. Because Russians produce sufficient arms domestically.

Honestly kudos for turkey building their own fighter jet but definitely would need to produce hundreds to counter f 35 or the Chinese f 31 I’m surprised Saudi or any large Muslim nation hasn’t attempted to invest in the project Turkey will definitely need buyers to bring the cost down.
