Bangladesh Air Force

I went through the comment section and some airmen shared their views. One accused the OP of being an arrogant and rude woman with NCOs JCOs and airmen. Another claimed that since the women joined air force, there’s nothing but rudeness and arrogant disrespect towards airmen and apparently the male pilots have always been kinder comparatively.
Seems like another awami attempt to create discourse within our armed forces...

Could very well be. Especially given Air Force was involved with her escape to India. Not the army.

Have you guys seen the name leaks? All those who helped in her escape from the Air Force?

We could expect to see our indigenous UAV soon. (Hopefully next year)

@LeonBlack08 @Al-Zakir @Bengal71 @AbuShalehRumi @Alter_Ego @Michael Corleone @Arthur @Strider et al.

This is a good start. I think there are better technologies out there over China. Namely the U.S. and Turkey. I am sure they can lend a hand for a UAV. These countries are very good in the field recon. Always opt for the best and never the 2nd best. Our enemies are too numerous and having the best situational awareness is key.

Bangladesh already operates TB 2s - we could collaborate with the Turks to develop an indigenous platform. Although they may not be willing as it will eat into their TB 2 sales to BD.

about time, wondering if these will be produced in the same factory that will make drones at BEPZA...
wondering if this is a bayraktar technology transfer? a indigenous design of similar specs or something else?

makes no sense to reinvent the wheel through collaboration tbh... makes more sense to TOT TB2 and jointly develop something else, like KAAN project or their version of the loyal wingman... (not sure what the name is)

At the least BD can form a company like GIDS in Pakistan, and ask for TOTs, manufacturing, JVs etc. Bayraktar has opened branches in the Pak Techno Parks, and does JV with the companies there....

I wish it's true. KAAN coupled with KIZILELMA and ANKA-3 will take it to the level intolerable for Bharat and Burma....

I look forward to this.

I have no idea what BD could contribute to KAAN, apart from money.

If by paying a sum of money then BD could get priority on when jets can be delivered then this could be worth it.

Input into requirements. Bd can develop a customized system for its own use. The potential is endless. Getting out engineers involved in things like this means less brain drain, more investments, less cost etc

Really hope it happens. Bd seriously needs new jets but can’t get in bed with any one of the superpower if it wants its best interest.
