America claims it has the largest military in the world yet is begging for help from other countries to deal with the Houthis.

and US military said its very strong and ready to fight China....then it got tired of 1.2 years of war just supplying weapons to Ukraine.....then it diverted Ukraine's weapons to Israel....but its ready to get tired fighting Houthis, because that will make it very ready to face China's threat "in the 21st centure"..lmaooo.

Even if they lose weapons, they will get re-stocked. The Saudi alliance backed by the US couldnt stop them and they were allot worse in their bombing. They will get resupplied and hit US assets as soon as they get a chance. Very idiotic move by the US and UK.

Your talking about the U.S,, wherever their is a problem the U.S is involved and often the cause

The world is changing, the Houthis are standing on the right side of history and will be recognised as such

The U.S is trying to once again, bare the consequences of protecting the monstrous Israelis

I am seeing the writing on the wall for the US military- US military strength will evaporate very soon, because the US DOESNT know when to stay out of military conflicts. War effect is always balck or white -advantageous or disadvantageous, no in between usually.

Ansarallah/Houthis cannot be expected to withstand a combined US-UK-Canada-etc assault on its own, only Iran is daring to help Ansarallah and has built it to what it is today

The Arab world tried to destroy Ansarallah but thanks to Iran they did not manage to do so

Even Pakistan was closely to joining the invasion of Yemen to destroy Ansarallah, it's clear now whose interests that would serve

If we step away from the nationalist lens - what realistic options could Iran exercise to support the Houthis considering it only has the sea lanes open to it for deliveries of any material?

With Hezbollah Iran could utilize Syria but here it seems like a full blockade.

are you saying that ISIS terrorists aren't terrorists because their daddy/creator/financier/enabler is US and UK?

THis lady is not tellign the full story about how govt works - in a federal system, which US is, the president, who is commander in chief, has the executive power to declare war on his own, so no, he doesnt need congress to authorize war or military strikes- US has dont MANY military attacks in the world that the US congress didnt authorize.

AND Houthis have all daaay to wait and attack ships in Yemen, including US ones. If they are able to hit a US warship successfully, US can't play victim.

Houthi make their own knock off version of Iranian weapons, many seem to be of high made quality some seem smaller and slightly inferior like their own version fateh ballistic missiles and anti ship ballistic missiles.
