If Houthis cared about Yemenis they would not have launched attacks on Ships b/c they don't possess anything to counter the retaliatory strikes from US.Great question, more likely the latter- simple drama for PR.
hmm
if that was true then why do Yemenis in major cities come out to protest Gaza and support their govt? Why aren't people protesting if they dont agree with the Houthi govt? Define "give a flying fuk to common peoples lives"- what Yemeni think is "giving a flying **** to common people lives" in their society is just different from what YOU think "giving a flying fuk to common people lives" means.

Especially in an active combat zone, it’s not like they were on shore leave. But if we look at it another way, if they were UDT / EOD or similar you could argue they got into difficult during a dive and went missing. But this statement is rather suspicious.
We will know soon enough if another steak and lobster dinner is served to seamen on the strike group.Or maybe an impression is being created that the adversary is stronger than believed and therefore grounds for another strike? Who knows?

Houthi are picking unnecessary fights that bring no value to their country. Yemen is one of the least developed countries in the world with a significant humanitarian crises. Sad situation.

Houthi can threaten neighboring countries but they stand no chance against the US in a conventional showdown and war.
Yemen needs sensible leaders.
Thank God they don't think in this way. Materialism needs to be challenged by whatever means necessary.Yemen is stronger than Taliban.
Houthis are very very non material and religious at time of thinking. They do not think like you.
