True. Navy is long neglected. Till date ARMY eats maximum budget that is all unaccounted.

Airforce & Navy could have been far more modern if Army is held accountable for all that budget. Ideally Airforce / Navy should get same budget like Army.

Even the ISI's budget is far more than entire Pakistan Navy. Navy is the only force of the country that can give country power projection and global influence. While ISI is a complete failure, they couldn't even stop terrorism for more than 20 years. 80,000 dead and billions lost to economy because of epic failure of ISI and Pak army. It shows even Navy and Airforce are paying the price for incompetencies of Pakistan army.

This was in major pakistani news outlets in 2014/15. ISI budget was much higher than Pakistan navy. It was the last time ISI budget was revealed and later on they have stopped revealing it altogether.

The Westland Lynx is a British multi-purpose military helicopter designed and built by Westland Helicopters at its factory in Yeovil.

Originally intended as a utility craft for both civil and naval usage, military interest led to the development of both battlefield and naval variants, which went into operational usage in 1977 and were later adopted by the armed forces of over a dozen nations, where it primarily serves in the battlefield utility, anti armour, search and rescue (SAR) anti submarine warfare roles.

In 1986 a modified Lynx broke the airspeed record for helicopters, which still stands today. The helicopter is now produced and marketed by Agusta Westland.

3 Lynx Mk.3 were used by Pakistan Navy for anti-ship / anti-submarine / transport duties. These aircraft were retired from service in 2003.
