Yes, unsure how we obtain spares for them and indeed the cockpits must be ancient.
The T37 is a good little trainer and a smooth, safe and confidence inspiring intro to fast jet flying. However, plans are under way to phase them out. To further clarify, the aircraft is equipped with dual ejection seats. We do not know the reason behind the collision so one cannot be sure if it was anything to do with the aircraft or pilot error etc. Overall the T37 is a great trainer.Yes, unsure how we obtain spares for them and indeed the cockpits must be ancient. Also no ejection seats.
Source?Mid air collision with another aircraft. One landed safely (carrying two IP's) the other was badly damaged and crashed. I belive the aircraft that crashed carried a cadet and an IP, both ejected safely.
Always. When did T-37 get ejection seats?!
Internal. You don't have to believe it.Source?
