I think the kill switch is if NATO itself is going to bring in Turkey if Turkey attack GreeceWhat good is a fighter that may have a kill switch if you use it against Greece? Turkey doesn't need latest NATO tech to fight PKK militia.
Your fighter being able to switch off is probably your last concern if you are Turkey.
Whatever you do, buying NATO fighter, buying Chinese jet, buying Russian jet or develop your own, that really wasn't the concern here if Turkey indeed attack Greece. The case is always Turkey is being attacked or attacking another opponent other than Greece.
