Even if this happened as described, and I don't think it did, it was assuredly a mistake. I do not believe that any branch of the Iranian armed forces would intentionally sacrifice their own in such a way...

This article wants to create a fake disunity amongst Iran's armed forces by claiming that the IRGC would do live fire exercise using the most prized asset of the IRIAF including Pilot and RIO as its inviting target to test a system that had not materialized yet at that time. I am disappointed in Immortal for posting such low brow Bull.

I agree with you. During these times, it is important that all Iranians unite, in strength, and with a sense of purpose to maintain a unified and strong Iran. I will add, 'keep an eye on that rat in Baku....'
 
I wish Iranian Air Force has stealth fighters similar to the J-20......

Matching Israel's F-35s. No need to have so much. Just 30 would be enough, equip for 2 small squadrons, each guarding the north and the south of the country. It would be a real force multiplier to add on Iran's already existing impressive SAM Air defence networks...

? With what training? Why do that when missiles exist? No SU 35 can withstand a F35. No current Iranian pilot has anywhere close to the opponent’s battle tested trading.

Iran must and will leapfrog the need for a conventional Air Force.

Whatever, AI driven stealth UAV with AESA radar and BVR missiles would do the trick if you do not mind tech being already infested by other countries.
