I can't say for sure, I haven't found any information on it at the moment. It may be a state-of-the-art radar. It's similar to multiple known radars, but not identical enough for me to tell.

I think 360 degree tvc is 3D TVC which was in discussion somewhere sometime ago with WS19.

May I ask for a source of this M2.5 quote? Please not again Minnie Chan and the SCMP! And the fact that maybe the DSI is capable to work at up to (what I don't believe) does not mean the aircraft itself is rated for such a speed since there are much more issues than benefits at such high speeds especially for RAM-coating, CFK-materials and so on. It simply makes no sense unless you want to play Quartet's game with some kids.

Not sure where but i have heard/read that J20 jet has top speed (not the sustained speed) of Mach 2.55. What info do you have?

In fact no or no reliable data but based on what I heard the most often mentioned realistic estimate is Mach 2.0 ... I remember there was once a true nerd - one would say plain stupid idiot - at the old PDF who repeatedly claimed, all J-20s would use serial production WS-15s from day one. These would provide about 245 kN of thrust, would feature a TVC nozzle and the J-20 could reach a speed of March 2.5.

Therefore my fear, it might be from him.
