The English letter on the bow of the ship is indeed “ZHONG CHUAN YI HAO” (Hanyu Pinyin for 中船一号). The Chinese above it is “中船一号”, which cannot be translated as “China Shipbuilding No. 1”.

中船一号.
“中船” is the Chinese abbreviation for China State Shipbuilding Corporation limited.(中国船舶集团有限公司CSSC). It can't be translated as “China Shipbuilding.”

CSIC is commonly known as “北船 North Ship”, the main body of which is the Dalian Shipyard. It also includes: Bohai Shipyard, Wuchang Shipyard and many other subordinate enterprises.

This is a mock CG for military fans, for entertainment purposes only.
It's real use has not been officially announced as of yet. Most sources indicate it is a civilian scientific research vessel that will be used for marine research.

Lunar Chinese New Year is approaching. 076 is too late to launch before that time.
I think it should be launched after the long Chinese New Year vacation.
