1. SCO is a Chinese-Russian co-sponsored organization, or more accurately, China-sponsored. China's core purpose is to get into Central Asia ------ there is Russia's traditional sphere of influence. China succeeded in entering Central Asia by establishing SCO. When Russia reacted, it pulled India into the SCO and used it to keep China in check. China made it conditional on Pakistan joining the SCO.
Now, China's influence in Central Asia has reached its desired goal. how the SCO develops in the future is no longer particularly important to China.

2. Completely different from other countries, China does not pay special attention to international organizations. The point here is not that China does not attach importance to international organizations, just that its priority is much lower than in the case of other countries. In international relations, China values point-to-point bilateral relations more than international organizations. ------ In many countries around the world, Foreign Minister is a very, very important position. However, Foreign Ministers don't even make it to the top 10 in the ranking of positions in China.

3, India has never been an enemy of China in China's view. The only people who were ever seen as enemies by China were the US and the USSR. The USSR has disintegrated. Now China's only enemy is the US. May be India sees China as its enemy, but China doesn't. ------ To be China's enemy, it needs to be strong enough.
