Try lying about your caste and marrying... Thats a ground for annulment in India. For your information, there is no legal bar to representing your caste to be something that it is not, except where people seek false certification in order to get educational or employment preferences.
Your fanciful account is ridiculous.
Try running as a Dalit candidate in election, you will get disqualified.
Try being a cook as a Dalit while lying about being a brahmin. The police will at the very least register an FIR for fraud and hurting religious sentiments (yes, india has that stupid law).
You want to finish Caste discrimination? Make lying about caste even less than lying about your favourite cricketer. That will be the end of caste discrimination. When and if courts and law enforcement in India will start treating caste as frivolous, it will die.
Indian law protects caste system, nothing else. It even insists that caste is determined at birth and even marriage can not change it. It was tested in court. So stop lying. For Indian courts caste is a material fact about you. It is not same as "favourite color" or "favourite cricketer".
BTW, in USA one can lie about being a black without any legal consequence in college admission because race is completely self reported. One Indian actually did that and wrote about it in a book. No case was ever filed against him. Not possible in India and it attracts criminal penalities.
