It seems you knew better than me why Modi lied. Just kindly let me know why Modi want to cover up the ground reality. What a downright silly argument!
When the CCP lies to the Chinese people, does it get overthrown?

This is now getting hilarious.I couldn't help laughing, India media is working so hard on licking BJP/Modi.
- Land lost. Modi said no land lost.
- In the following 4 years, India spent tens of billions of dollars on weapon purchase including S-400 and the highly overpriced Rafale. Every country enjoy the good days to milk India.
- India spent tens of billions of dollars on infrastructure near the LAC.
- After 4 years of talk, Modi made some concession, trying to restore the so-called Status Quo(new Status Quo was made actually).
- India is reluctant to be the frontline (cannon fodder) pushed by so-called allies, the QUAD.
- AUKUS was formed in September 2021. QUAD is left in dust.
Globalization is dying, India had missed the economy bus. The geopolitical contest is the new normal.
It's such a wise foreign policy of India to complicate a border issue with both Pakistan and China.
India has no clue what's the priority.
Obviously, for the identical reason that his Chinese counterpart avoids talk about the housing sector collapse. It hurts his ego.It seems you knew better than me why Modi lied. Just kindly let me know why Modi want to cover up the ground reality.
I don't get your point, I only mentioned Pakistan because there are LAC & LOC, other than that, it's all about China-India border issue. This is now getting hilarious.
We now read above a desperate please by an anonymous Chinese individual asking India to simplify the situation, presumably by accepting Chinese terms and conditions. It would seem from this that Pakistan's complaisance is to be taken for granted, as this same commentary had reduced Pakistan to being involved at China's suggestion, with no major motivation of its own.
Be that as it may, what makes the post - actually, most of the exchange - side-splitting funny is the reasoning given for India moving from its existing position to what China wants her to do.
Just think about it for a moment.

The S-400 and Rafale deals were finalized long before the 2020 border clashes between India and China. The Rafale deal was signed in 2016, and the S-400 contract was agreed upon in 2018. Your claim that that Rafale was "highly overpriced" shows your lack of understanding of how defense deals work. The first tranche of any major purchase is naturally more expensive because it includes training, maintenance, and the ground equipment needed to support the aircraft. India paid the same price as Egypt in the first tranche, despite adding 13 India-specific modifications and securing a five-year servicing and maintenance package compared to Egypt's standard two-year package.

India’s spending on infrastructure near the LAC is a necessity. Improved roads, bridges, and tunnels are necessary for enabling the Indian Army to patrol effectively during peacetime and to quickly deploy troops, weapons, ammunition, and logistics in case of a high-intensity conflict. But it’s not just about the military. This development benefits the people living in border areas too. Better connectivity means improved access to healthcare, education, and markets, which boosts their overall socio-economic conditions. It also helps prevent border migration by giving people reasons to stay, work, and thrive in their home regions. Strengthening the presence of local communities along the border is itself a form of national security, as it ensures these areas remain vibrant and populated. China itself has spent heavily on infrastructure along the LAC, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that India is doing the same to ensure balance and security for its people and territory.

Thanks to QUAD’s cooperation, India has strengthened its ASW capabilities in the IOR. With the help of Japan and the US, India has deployed SOSUS networks around the A&N Islands. This ensures that every time a Chinese submarine crosses the Malacca Strait, it gets detected by India’s underwater sensors and tracked by ASW platforms for further action.AUKUS was formed in September 2021. QUAD is left in dust.
Thanks for your confirmation that Modi indeed lied. Just wondering what made him be afraid of admitting land lost under his watch? Is it because of so-called democracy that would overthrow him and tagged as Nehru the Second?
So you have no clue how BJP screw up 126 Rafale deal for 12 billions during Congress administration. The S-400 and Rafale deals were finalized long before the 2020 border clashes between India and China. When Indian Navy went for additional Rafales later, the cost was much cheaper because the initial infrastructure—like training and equipment—was already in place. Think of it like setting up a factory. Initially, you need to invest in land, build the factory, train workers, and buy equipment. But when you expand, you only need to buy more machines and hire additional staff. The cost drops because you’re not starting from scratch, and your trained core staff can handle the new workforce in-house. This is exactly how the Rafale deal worked.
BJP/Modi was squeezed for damn 4 years, worrying about land lost, worrying about war. When you returned and took back all your $hit, then where is the question of 'land lost'? As usual your delusions like that of Xi- created tension, had thousands of troops facing each other, took a beating and then ran with tail between your legs.

The strategic lost of India is unimaginable. You won't understand.
Your interpretation is wrong. The Chinese government usually does not publicize specific details of interim agreements or non-major agreements in its official documents. This is a consistent practice. Only in the case of formal agreements of particular significance does the Chinese government publicize the content of the agreement in its entirety. This border settlement between China and India does not fall within the scope of agreements that need to be fully publicized.
Since when diplomacy is measured by military casualties? Institute of diplomacy of India told you that? You lost a few soldiers in a clash here. You do not regard it as major
Good, keep thinking like that.what 'strategic lost'? You came claiming all that land. Did some drama. And then withdrew. If you can't backup claims then don't make them.
Good, keep thinking like that.
