Negotiations between the Authority and the SDF

Authority conditions:
1- Dissolving its forces in the Ministry of Defense
2- Sovereign decisions of the Damascus government
3- Granting the Kurds cultural and social rights and decentralized administration.
4- Oil: 80% for Damascus and 20% for the Autonomous Administration.
SDF rejected all these conditions

SDF conditions:
1- Comprehensive decentralized management of their regions.
2- Joining the Ministry of Defense as a corps or division means remaining a bloc within the Ministry of Defense.
3- You want 50% of the oil and gas to manage it.

The authority refuses.

These tweets are fake brother. there is no oil division, 90% of the Oil is in Arab Majority lands in Deir Ez Zor.

The conditions were already laid out by Hakan Fidan,

All Foreign fighters are to leave Syria, All commander level or higher even if they are Syrian have to leave Syria with them. All the lower levels will return to civilian life. Weapons will be transferred to Damascus.

Turkey is letting the Damascus govt do this diplomatically, if the PKK doesn't come to terms with Damascus that are acceptable to Turkey, then Turkey will deal with it itself, like it did with Operation Peace Spring.
