PKK has been forcibly occupying the neighborhood, they refused to withdraw when the rebels took the city, and now the Kurds in the neighborhood don't want the PKK militancy drama and are demanding the PKK fighters leave Aleppo.

Its very interesting how narratives are being shaped now, Idk if I beleive some of them to be honest. Russians put no pressure on Assad to accommodate refugees returning home. On top of which they kept antagonizing with the Airstrikes and shelling in Idlib, forcing people to move from the areas and move towards the Turkish border where they would be safer.
