What interesting is MILDEN 3000ton+ sub with VLS.

If this programme is still at the stage of earlier paper work like preparation of NSR It is must for PN to join in this project .... this is the right time ...

I am not sure what is the status of PN engagement in Nilden program as we know previously PN and Turkish partners were discussing the idea

Ther is a rumor according to Fatih Mehmet Kucuk from DefenceTurk, that they have revise the tonnage of TF-2000 to 9000 ton because the war in Ukraine.

In that case I think it will be redefined and redesigned as Naval Cruiser not as destroyer.

As mentioned in PN thread, the following is the most practical choice...

PN ought to concentrate on Chinese SSKs that are still in development built on the 039C (4k tonnes) class design with VLS (like South Korean SSKs), supported by a well-established Chinese industrial setup and mature design.

There are unsubstantiated rumours that the Chinese are developing mini reactor of this type.

It would be ideal if PN went that approach & 8 such AIP-SSKs (N) with VLS would extensively enhance PN capabilities & refrain from having to make significant investments in SSNs to counter IN's SSN threat.

Further, Hangor & Augusta fleet will complement this type while PN is also in talks with Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri for their S800/1000 Shallow water SSK based on U212/4 design to replace midget subs.

also It will be quad pack for SAPAN ( HISAR-D ) Block2 Air Defense Missile

Excellent News. I consider this even better news for us. As you are the most realiable weapon source for us. Only thing left is Turkey mastering engine technology of every weapon. From missiles, fighter jets, Tanks, APC, IFV, Ships and even submarines.

Very intriguing assertion.... would be interested in learning more about what led you to reach that conclusion.

The chance that they will deliver that project is very small, it is a German design with parts. You can talk as much you want.

They did not give us that Submarine they will never give you.

We have bought several weapons from Italy without any issue.

Might be different terms, maybe Turkey asked for production in Turkey and tech transfer, and Italy refused(to be honest if its German origin, it might be the Germans who vetoed, knowing their animosity towards Turks)
