Pakistan Missiles - Updates, News & Discussion

I hope so but we also need some sort of defence against the ultra Islamaphobic nations that have a blood lust for Muslims and see Pakistan as a threat even though Pakistan doesn't see them as a threat or enemy.
That I agree with, we need ICBM's, SLBM's, very long-range cruise missiles, plus at least 3 nuclear submarines which can carry 8 to 10 SLBM. Our ICBM and SLBM should be MIRV equipped. Plus, work on Hypersonic and Supersonic ballistic and cruise missiles. Ballistic missiles by default are hypersonic when they reenter atmosphere, but we need to improve them further.

All the above can be achieved IF and it's a big IF, if we can somehow fix our economy and if Pakistanis stop being overly hospitable and kind to those peoples and nations who consider us as enemies EVEN though Pakistanis don't consider them as enemies or a threat.we need to become MUCH more assertive and cautious ESPECIALLY against foreign and external threats. Right now, Pakistan is a pushover.....:(

What most Pakistanis fail to realise is that white european people and jews are natural born killers. Killing and genociding non-whites is in their dna/blood so YES Pakistan needs to have ALL the means necessary to protect against this. We need ICBMs that can wipe ANYONE out should they choose to attack us.

Disagree anyone who reads history will tell you this..
Yes history will tell you. Look how many Muslims from the subcontinent including Panjabis who fought against invaders. Many of those “Muslims” especially “Panjabi Muslims” who helped British were qadiyanis or other sects. Idk about other sects but Sunni’s by majority have always opposed foreign invaders be it of any ethnic group. British paid Mullahs who created their own sects were ofc loyal to British. Even Sunni Panjabi Muslims opposed British and there’s many historical Sunni Panjabi Muslim figures who lost their lives fighting against invaders. Even currently go see how many Sunni Panjabis have been martyred fighting in Kashmir.
You should read history and correct your view in history. Unless you lump qadiyani, Ismaili and other sects into one.

Why does Pakistan need ICBMs? why not invest in Hypersonic BM, SLBM, MIRV, etc?

Many people here think ICBM and immediately start thinking Pakistan is going to target “other enemies”. In reality…at least for the next few decades…the only enemy Pakistan will be contending with is India.

Pakistan doesn’t have any longstanding conflicts comparable in magnitude(as in case of India) with any other country. Nor does Pakistan have the capacity to be waging war with distant enemies. Lobbing a few ICBMs would hardly be waging war(or even hope to come out on top with that).

The real reason for developing such a long range of ballistic missiles would be to develop that into an SLBM. To have a true second strike capability against India…Pakistan would need nuclear powered submarines(at least 3) with nuclear tipped long range SLBMs. So at least one could be out hiding somewhere in the vast ocean…and even if Pakistan is wiped out in a sudden first strike by India…there would be a guaranteed retaliation. In order to achieve it…there are many complex pieces of technology that Pakistan would have to develop/acquire. Some of these Pakistan is reportedly working on already…like MIRV/MaRV(to increase the likelihood of warheads punching through air defense systems), ICBM(increased range of ballistic missiles), submarine launch systems(although for a cruise missile for now), miniaturized nuclear reactor(reportedly being researched for a boomer).

So IMO any range extension that might give Pak an ICBM is way less likely to hit far out countries…and probably more to put the missiles way out…and then shoot them back in the neighborhood.

@Quwa @Oscar
Would like to hear ur thoughts on how likely it is that Pakistan is going for ICBM level range increase…and if so…would it be for the above kind of scenario…or more like a North Korea type of…don’t mess/stay away type of thing?

Capability isn’t the problem - effective capability is.

And the State dept aspect is “speaking on another’s behalf” which is stemming from recent events.

Ill leave it there.

Majority of establishment of british empire came from punjab

Without punjab few thousand british woildnt have been able to hold india
I rest my case and probably should stick to the topic

Is there any evidence of Laser weapon of Pakistan 100KW beam to target drones and missiles. Some videos are claiming that Pakistan is now first country in south Asia to have this capability.?

Yeah that much is obvious that the US is “speaking on another’s behalf”…otherwise India too went on to increase the range of its missiles…and the US had absolutely no problem with that.
…this whole sanctioning bcuz it could reach US…is an excuse only good enough to fool the gullible. Anyone who pays an ounce of attention to the flow of money in US politics…knows full well where this is coming from.

Does anyone know any new missile tests or NOTAMS given by pak, it been a silent year for paks missile forces

What sort of missile tests are you looking for?

Pakistan is conducting tests of conventional missiles more than nuclear capable missiles these days.

The minimum nuclear deterrent was achieved last decade so Pakistan has been busy modernising it's conventional war machine.

Both..
Fattah 4, P282 and Ababeel.
Though it was paraded but still i think we developing a longer range missile which could deliver more mirvs

Pakistan will always be developing bigger and better missiles as per its requirements.

Pakistan now has such a large quantity of ballistic missiles that they fulfil Pakistan's current needs.
