According to Turkish press release, the MOU's signed are:

  • Memorandum of Understanding on Air Force Electronic Warfare Cooperation
  • Protocol on the Exchange of Military and Civilian Personnel for Social and Cultural Purposes
  • Protocol on Training and Cooperation in the Field of Military Health

There's also a MoU between TUSAS and NRDI, which is very interesting. I wonder if they're going to design an original naval helicopter based on the T625? @arslank01

In a significant move to bolster bilateral ties, Pakistan and Türkiye have pledged to further deepen, diversify, and institutionalize their strategic partnership during the 7th session of the Pakistan-Türkiye High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council (HLSCC).

The joint declaration, issued after the high-profile meeting, underscores the commitment of both nations to enhance collaboration across multiple sectors, including defense, trade, energy, and cultural exchange.


Both countries reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening defense ties through joint military exercises, technology sharing, and counterterrorism efforts, according to the Foreign Office statement.

It shows the Turkish and Pak military industrial complexes are joined by an embryonic cord. It transfuses in both directions. As for the IAF Chief, he needs to keep on weeping....

Institutionalizing the partnership

The HLSCC will serve as a permanent platform to monitor and implement the agreed-upon initiatives, ensuring sustained progress in bilateral relations.

Regular high-level meetings and working groups will be established to address specific areas of cooperation.

Sounds like it. Something both countries need anyway.

Didnt the PA or somebody sign an MOU for collaboration on Helicopters before this?
 
MoU signed between Türkiye and Pakistan on defense

"President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan chaired the Seventh Meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif during his official visit to Pakistan.


After the meeting, Erdoğan and Sharif signed a joint declaration titled “Deepening, Diversifying and Institutionalizing the Strategic Partnership” agreed between the two countries. Subsequently, 24 cooperation agreements in different fields were signed between the two countries.

In this context, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Presidency of Defense Industries of the Republic of Türkiye and the Ministry of Defense Production of Pakistan.

Key defense agreements include the
- Protocol on the Exchange of Military and Civilian Personnel for Social and Cultural Purposes
- Air Force Electronic Warfare Cooperation,
- Protocol on Training and Cooperation in Military Health.
A Memorandum of Understanding between Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAS) and Pakistan Maritime Research and Development Institute (NRDI) was signed by TUSAS General Manager Mehmet Demiroglu and NRDI General Manager Javed Iqbal, enhancing aerospace and maritime research collaboration between the two nations.


Notably, the two sides exchanged an MoU between Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) and Pakistan’s Naval Research and Development Institute (NRDI).

The signatures were signed by President of Defense Industries (SSB) Haluk Görgün and Minister of Defense Production of Pakistan Khawaja M. Asif.

Stating that this agreement aims to further the defense industry projects between Türkiye and Pakistan and strengthen long-term partnerships, SSB said, “The deep-rooted friendship and strategic cooperation between the two countries continues to deepen in many areas, including the defense industry. Türkiye will resolutely continue to contribute to regional and global security by continuing its cooperation with friendly and brotherly countries with its technology accumulation and innovative solutions in the defense industry.”
