well, unless they nab a bunch of Al Capones and Pablo Escobars, and other Sinaloa etc bosses.. real high value ones, it doesn't seem to make sense.

California is also total Dem/left controlled, deep blue, isn't it ? Udhar Trump might face resistance from within the US system too.
