Gitmo is again full already last I heard. All correctional facilities severely overcrowded. Alcatraz can house 336 soon.

well, unless they nab a bunch of Al Capones and Pablo Escobars, and other Sinaloa etc bosses.. real high value ones, it doesn't seem to make sense.
