As for Pakistan, the nascent economic recovery in Pakistan is at risk but militarily Pakistan is stronger and even the political 'hybrid' system is going to strengthen, which I appreciate as I want the next 15-20 years for the formulations and continuities of policies. The Western countries probably wouldn't mind a scared India buying more Western weapons and even more embracing the West to 'contain' China. The Arab/Muslim countries are seeing India an obvious ally of Israel and I hope they start kicking out the Indian diaspora from the Middle East; hey Arabs: Are you listening??
India should have stayed with the pre Modi foreign policy which was pretty good, IMO.

There’s a difference between shah se ziada shah and just acting upon others orders due to common interests.
