I don't think Pakistan will launch a ground offensive without mass mobilization including of civilians and Pakistan will coordinate with the Chinese who are sitting on top of Ladakh. Indian position in IoK is the most precarious in history and whole IoK can be taken by Pakistan but it will be a blood bath. Launch irregulars + regulars into IoK in huge numbers while protect the International Border with the regulars, PAF, tactical nukes... So combination of 1948 with 1965 with of course much more lethal arsenal.
Nothing is out of question now because this is Pakistan's struggle to survive and Pakistanis are SICK and TIRED of your blackmails and threats every few years!

Honestly after drubbing that IAF got that is possible but at what cost? India too can fire tactical nukes on IoK once its taken by Pakistan and claim they fired at their own territory against Pak army.
