It's a money issue, they don't want to spend resources on policing these donkeys constantly

With lawyers, and human rights bullshit, and democracy etc etc we have enough idiocy that any stern action causes reactions and tears

alot of security in these areas is security chasing its own tail, because you don't know who to arrest or pick up and the locals are disinclined to point fingers

In the greater scheme of things it's tiny, I think last year's we lost 1000 people to terrorism, which considering we are a 250 million population isn't much, but it's these constant pin pricks that keep these areas backwards and jahil
