lol, why don't you refute the video instead of Ad Hominem attacks, its literally quoting Rahbar and Saddan commenting on what he proposed. Safavi agenda clearly sees overthrowing Saddam as a bigger priority than fighting Israel.

Btw, I didn't Support Saddam invading Iran or Kuwait, foolish decisions, he should have invaded Syria and got rid of the Assads. lol

yes yes anytime anyone criticizes Iranian foreign policy in the neighborhood its randomly xyz. Sounds like the ADL yelling antisemitism everytime someone says anything critical of Israel, same playbook.

The largest electricity deal in the history of Iraq is a step in the context of the Baghdad government's efforts to secure the growing energy demand in the country, in conjunction with the cessation of supplies from Iran.

In this context, Prime Minister Mohamed Shi'a Al -Sudani witnessed the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding, within the framework of the principles of cooperation with the company "GE Vernova", which includes projects for electricity production stations with an invading invasive cycle of 24 thousand megawatts.

The Memorandum of Understanding with General Electric "GE" - according to a statement obtained by the specialized energy platform (Washington -based) - is the largest electricity and the largest and latest in the history of Iraq, with the possibility of securing the provision of external financing from international banks.

The General Electric Agreement includes the development and maintenance of the current power stations, as well as the construction of new stations to increase the obstetric capacity.

The American company is scheduled to implement projects in 3 stages that extend over the next 4 years, including improving the efficiency of the current obstetric units, and the introduction of modern technologies to increase production without the need for additional fuel.

Solar energy

Al -Sudani also sponsored the signing ceremony of a second note that included the principles of cooperation between the Ministry of Electricity and the (UGTRenewable) group to create an integrated solar energy project, with a capacity of 3 thousand megawatts, and battery storage systems of up to 500 MW.

The agreement includes updating and distributing electricity transmission lines, and creating up to 1000 km of new infrastructure transmission, in addition to a two -year period of technology transfer, training, operation and maintenance, and funded by the American Export and Import Bank, the British Export Agency, and a JP Morgan Bank in its capacity as the organized bank.

The Baghdad government aims to produce 5 thousand megawatts of solar energy, a first stage, up to 12 thousand megawatts by the end of the current decade (2030) to meet the increasing demand for electricity.

The memoranda of understanding comes within the government's strategy to improve electricity supplies and reduce dependence on electricity and gas imports from abroad, especially in light of the challenges facing Iraq in this regard.

The Iraqi Prime Minister also sponsored the signing ceremony of a third memorandum of understanding between the Iraqi Chambers of Commerce and the American Chamber of Commerce, within the framework of documenting and strengthening bilateral cooperation.

The memo includes 9 articles that are in the areas of expanding communications between institutions, companies, organizations and businessmen in Iraq and the United States, to enhance the existing economic, cooperative, scientific and technological relations, and to pay attention to developing cooperation between small and medium -sized companies in both countries.

Iraq is preparing to build its first nuclear reactor, at the same site as the previous program under Saddam.

The Israeli attack in 1981, known as "Operation Opera," destroyed the site and killed at least 11 Iraqis, including military personnel.

The Iran-Hezbollah connections starts building right after the Israeli invasion of Lebanon in 1982 and persists to this day. Palestine/Iran are the only ones who have fought Israel, rest of Arabs / Muslims either sold out or accepted defeat.

Saddam's invasion of Kuwait must have been part of his plan of "fighting Israel" also.
