Iran Foreign Policy and Doctrine

That is called Fordow!
Fordow is possibly the best-known Iranian underground facility. Not only it is under IAEA supervision, but it is monitored and surveilled by cameras 24/7. The only difference is that it is resistant to bunker buster attacks.

it is not that easy. you need to enrich the uranium then miniaturise it.
You don't miniaturize uranium. When they talk about miniaturization, they are almost always referring to warhead weight-to-yield ratio, not miniaturizing the fissile material itself (other than compression of the fissile material in an implosion device).

Imagine we had spent 30 billion dollars on the IRIAF. We would've had 350-450 Sukhoi-35s / Sukhoi-30s.
False- it is likely that even if IRIAF paid for those jets, it still wouldn't have gotten by now- what about all the orders that Iranian military placed with Russian defense companies for fighter jets? No deliveries OR maaybe they just started recently, so this is a hypothetical scenario that actually would not have happened - those jets would not have been delivered by now, and that means Iran's hard earned $$ would have been trapped in Russian defense companies without delivery of the jets paid for.
Which one is more useful? Spending 30 billion dollars over a Russian puppet that escapes his homeland in 11 days when Putin orders him to do so, or having an Air Force with 400 airframes capable of defending your skies?
How come Iran hasn't received any modern fighter or/and bomber jet from Russia in over 20 years and currently?? This is also why Iran invested more in drones and air defense- because knowing that Russia and China were not likely to deliver modern fighter jets to Iran, Iran needed to go with its Plan B.

This afternoon, in a meeting with Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and his accompanying delegation, Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, emphasized the need for joint and effective activities between Iran and Pakistan to stop the crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza, referring to Pakistan’s special position in the Islamic world.

At the beginning of this meeting, the Leader of the Revolution expressed his satisfaction with the end of the war between Pakistan and India and expressed hope for resolving the differences between the two countries. He also pointed to Pakistan’s very good and strong position on the Palestinian issue over the past years, saying: While in recent years there have always been temptations for Islamic countries to have relations with the Zionist regime, Pakistan has never been influenced by these temptations.

Referring to the great potential of the Islamic Ummah for greater power in today’s world, Ayatollah Khamenei added: In a situation where warmongers in the world have many motives to create discord and war, the only thing that can ensure the security of the Islamic Ummah is unity among Islamic countries and promotion of relations between these countries.

He called the Palestinian issue the first issue of the Islamic world and, referring to the deplorable conditions in Gaza, noted: The situation in Gaza has reached a point where ordinary people in Europe and America are protesting against their governments by holding demonstrations, but in these same conditions, unfortunately, some Islamic governments are standing by the Zionist regime.

Emphasizing that the Islamic Republic of Iran and Pakistan can influence the Islamic world by working together and steer the Palestinian issue off this wrong path, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution said: We are optimistic about the future of the Islamic world, and many events confirm our optimism.

Ayatollah Khamenei also considered the relations between Iran and Pakistan to be always warm and brotherly, and referring to Pakistan's good positions during the imposed war as an example of these brotherly relations, he assessed the current cooperation between the two countries in various dimensions as lower than expected, adding: The two countries can help each other in many areas, and we hope that this visit will help expand all-round communication in various fields, especially economic, political, and cultural.

The Leader of the Revolution also emphasized the need for cooperation between Iran and Pakistan to make the ECO organization more active.

In this meeting, which was also attended by President Pezeshkian, Mr. Shahbaz Sharif expressed great pleasure at meeting with the Leader of the Revolution and appreciated the positive role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in defusing the crisis that arose between Pakistan and India. While explaining the developments related to the recent conflicts, he referred to the issue of Gaza and said: Unfortunately, the international community is not taking any effective action to end the Gaza disaster.

The Pakistani Prime Minister also referred to his good and constructive talks in Tehran and expressed hope that this visit would pave the way for further expansion of relations between the two countries.

A joint press conference of high-ranking delegations from the Islamic Republic of Iran and Pakistan was held this Monday afternoon at the Saadabad Cultural and Historical Complex.

I saw you posted in the thread, good job

But Iran's economy is already much more diverse than the Saudi economy- Iran relies on oil for 40% of its GDP or income in hard currency/ $? so Saudis are the only ones who have "Dutch disease" per your description, so this point you made here is not accurate about Iran. because of sanctions, Iran adjusted and diversified its economy, to reduce the impact of sanctions- an example. Iran is heavy in Petrochemicals now, and less in oil barrels.

Both countries show a high level of trust today actually, but historically yes, there have been tensions, and getting to this point in their relationship has taken a long time and tons of investments and risks.

What has Iranian regime done recently that showed it wasn't willing to cooperate with China? Iran has integrated into OBOR/ New Silk trade route. Iran is fully invested in the multi-polar world order and trade and integration with the Eastern countries of the world, and this of course includes China, in a big and relevant way too.
I didn’t say Saudi’s economic structure was healthier than Iran, everyone knows Saudi is the best example for the Dutch disease. But the problem is as I stated above, Saudi’s REAL population is far less than Iran, and Saudi doesn’t pursue whole industry chains like Iran since it feels free to rely on importing everything, so Saudi can make a good living by just selling oil and investing foreign assets while Iran can’t. Iran’s manufacturing industry is quite strong in the Middle East, but not so competitive among the world.

As for Russia-China mutual trust, It is temporary since Russia is in dilemma and needs our support. History proves Russia would try all means to limit China once it got even slightly relieved.

How is it smart for Iran to "just detonate" its 1st nuclear bomb after Soleimani's death when Iran already knows that China and Russia do not want Iran to attain nuclear weapon status? And remember that in the background of a potential nuclear test explosion is Iran's over reliance on China and Russia for economic survival and access- combine these 2 dynamics and you can easily start to see why Iran didnt choose Soleimani's death as its justification for testing a nuclear weapon.
So when is the best time to detonate given no major power would like to support? If you don’t detonate, then what’s the point to keep suffering the sanctions for years since fuel-level enriched uranium is easy to produce and not something worth the sanctions? Insist to reserve some enriched uranium just to prove your determination to “make use of nuclear energy peacefully”? Come on we get all adults here. If you choose to do, then better do it till the last.
