Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

When people are killed in terror attack Govt narrative and opposition party narrative becomes same and mostly competitive rather than divergent. On Pakistan there not much opposing views in India.

I am not talking abut India's view about Pakistan

I am talking about how success of any operation conducted by Modi is perceived in India

Everything he does is a success in India. Your TV channels and a big IT cell is anytime ready to make sure that they are success. Ground realities and facts can go to hell. Nobody cares about them in India anyways

Dilemma for Indian Air Force. Since the high ranking officers had earlier claimed that all the pilots safely returned, they are now left with two options. Either take back their words and tell the public that a "Squadron Leader" (32091) is in the hands of the enemy and that they lied earlier, or attack Pakistan one more time and later claim that the squadron leader is missing.

Sunil is actually "Shivangi", currently in love with the Pakistani hospitality.

They would need to accept the loss of one more Armadale for that. More pain for them for a silly decision in the first place.

SSM weren't used.
So your indian copy of russian anti ship missiles, brahmos, are not SSM anymore? Most of the missile strikes against Pakistan that day were by brahmos, a few token scalp missiles were fired by Rafales flying over 180km inside india. If you can't understand that then you're even more stupid than you appear.

Can anybody explain to me:

How Pakistan shot down 5 IAF jets on including 3 Rafales(Pak claim) on May 7?

But none on the day of May 10 even though IAF was doing the exact same thing using SoWs and more over it struck military targets, higher in numbers and much further into Pakistan?

May be the answer will tell you why India would achieve its objectives of op Sindoor and why there would be peace in Kashmir going forward.

India has indeed achieved its goal: Trump announced a ceasefire, India accepted it honestly, and the Kashmir issue has officially become international. The dream of a superpower is shattered, telling the world that you are just a pawn tamed by a superpower. Then all the media in India fell into a frenzy of information fraud, and Modi's 10 day celebration proved that this country is strong on the outside but weak on the inside. Pakistan's confidence has significantly increased compared to before the war, and we have gained practical experience in weapon combat. Thank you.

Now why modi agreed to ceasefire on a day when Pakistan was firing missiles into mainland India like Punjab, Rajasthan and Gujarat?
Modi agreed because he had achieved adequate narrative buildup after striking bases across entire Paksiatn. Any more delay could have resulted in escalation which wouldn’t have added anything new to it.
At the same time, India had realised that the counter strike against India wasn’t going very well with nothing of significance hit at all.

It is time to call it a day when you are ahead of the curve. That is likely to be the premise for accepting the ceasefire.

In fact, Paksiatn should have made an aggressive effort to call for a ceasefire on 7th May. It should have made this intent known across the world. This would have left India with a red face of loosing fighters and not been able to do any more damage.

I guess filed Marshall Saab got carried away in popularity contest and thought of teaching a lesson or two to India after the success of 7th May. It was a wrong move.
We all know how it went. Fanboys scouring the net to find shaky and hazy videos to find some semblance of proof and making childish efforts.

China wants to fight India to the last Pakistani.

You had S-400, Rafaels, Mirages, Jaguars ... does that mean Russia, France and UK want to fight Pakistan to the last indian servant?

How about india fight directly with China and stop them? It is not like China is some thousands of kilometers away, it is in fact 4000 sqkm inside india .. engage them directly, why get beaten by them at hands of Pakistanis?

you hindutva not only have chicken legs but courage of a sparrow and toi of a kali daigh ... chutiay salay. Han Pakistan nay tumhari toi mari hy Chinese condom laga k, par mari tou hy na.

Also many missiles were SSM
Completely wrong.
DG ISPR had categorically said that Paksiatn had tracked launch of ALCMs by IAF after 10th May strikes by the IAF.
There was no launch of any SSMs. Because they would have become targets for your side.

The aim was to strike where IAF wanted without exposing itself to any risk. Thats what a smart adversary does.

Eeh, no. Care to enlighten us how it went...

Air launched version of Brahmos were used which have shorter range up to 290kms beside scalp missiles and few other SoWs.

In fact there is fairly reliable information from ground based journalists, that on May 10th there was an additional dog fight between Pakistani and Indian jets, this time in Indian airspace over Srinagar. With Indian ground air defenses jammed Pakistani combat jets breached Indian airspace and were challenged by Indian jets. The dog fight was visually observed by journalists on the ground. No Indian jets were directly shot down but a number suffered damage managing to land back at their bases but were write offs. Pakistani warplanes returned safely to their bases.

Gotta love how Indians casually gloss over the fact their Air Force was grounded for two full days by PAF. Even their military chief admitted this as does this Indian kid.

An aspiring regional hegemon being forced to ground its Air Force for two full days by a country 10x smaller is no small feat and this is the first time this has happened in aviation history between two peer nations.

Indians, and even Pakistanis, fail to appreciate how serious this is. More than the 6 Indian jets (3 rafales, 1 SU-30MKI, 1 mirage-2000 & and 1 MIG-29) shot down, this grounding of the IAF for two days in the middle of a major fight is what’s most important takeaway of the battle.

Who are these reliable ground-based journos?
