Let me spin this on its head. If S-400 was the reason why PAF didn't hit Indian AFB as claimed by you then how PAF was able to shoot down multiple IAF aircraft in India's own territory? Was S-400 sleeping on the night of May 7th when PAF was up against not only IAF fighters but S-400 both.

But how do you know these are doctored and edited videos. And they even showed radar evidence on the May 11th conference that some missile did disappear over amritsar and whether or not it was a malfunction or not.

Pakistan Air Force had the upper hand in the May 7th engagment but India won the cruise missile game post that. Post May 7th Pakistan played a reactive game and the hits were not proportional.

You know..., that is what puzzles me.

You guys came unannounced with 70+.

That's a BIG number.

Even if we had say..., 20 in the Air - how did we manage to get the rest up so fast & counter the IAF in such a short period of time. I mean, your guys took off from various Bases prepped & planned. Our boys got basic rules & that too from ADA (Air Defence Alert).

The other thing is that not all your jets had SOW. Just the Rafales with the SCALP.

What were the rest of your Su-30MKi's, Mirage 2000's & MiG-29 carrying? Roses.

When they saw your own guys drop likes flies out of the sky - did they not bother to respond?

Any loss of military assets in India cannot be concealed. If there had been any damage to the S-400 system, Indian military and government would have been the first to acknowledge it. India cannot be viewed through a Pakistani lens, where the military holds dominant control over the state. Culturally and structurally, India is fundamentally different from Pakistan.

My understanding was that we downed "decoy" aircraft. This decoy downing was indeed acknowledged by the highly transparent, professional and open Indian military.

"ANI cited highly placed defence sources" in this precise regard.

Do you honestly think, if highly placed defence sources in India's military said such a thing, that the next morning they wouldn't be the laughing stock of serious military communities - never mind amateur armchair types like you an I - the world over?

Have any foreign militaries approached India since last month for training on how to use decoys during large scale aerial engagements?

PAF will hold a private ceremony to award the Pilots that shot down the IAF Jets & the S-400.

After that - some are saying that they might do a joint occasion on 14th August, or wait a couple of weeks for 6/7/8th September.

The big ceremony isn't confirmed (yet).
