it’s all about cost… most of drones evaded jamming and were shot down using high cost missiles…. 2 mil$ per missiles taking down 10k$ drone…. We have seen the recent attacks on kiyv as well defended with multiple western ADS including patriot and drone hit the target without interception..

Mate.. drone is not the ultimate weapon in short wars… it’s there to overwhelm the ADS….. the interceptors will have limited missiles once most/all used can be followed by the main volley of missiles or more drones… or you want to send missiles directly .. idk…

I completely understand your point, but still, no.
First of all, the US coalition shot down Shahed drones by scrambling jet fighters over Iraq and Jordan. Secondly, Gepard is a cost-effective option. Thirdly, has Russia run out of interceptors? Ukraine has over one million drones now. Has Ukraine run out of interceptors? It's not just that simple.

The whole idea that Iran will magically overmatch the West's entire arsenal which will be at the disposal of the Zionist entity just because we can produce a cheap, subsonic drone is ridiculous. But here is not the right place to discuss it. We're off topic now.

Let’s say by now Irans one way attack drones are in the 1000s sending said drones in massive spread out waves making countries going after said drones would be impossible they may get wave one two or 3 but soon enough they will reach their targets fighter jets need to be refueled and rearmed by than if iran had decided to lauch the mother of all drone attacks many would start arriving, same with missiles if Iran has several thousand older model missiles about time they shot those out to run out Israel air defenses than use as much precision attacks missiles as possible against any known nuclear sites and military bases that several hundred hitting said bases would be devastating

Most of them pre 1979. Got a few additional but inconsistent deliveries from Russia. Nobody else will sell them something for fear of sanctions. Iran then took route of developing domestically but that is a long long loooong process.
