Hospital will have some military personnel in it given the area is equivalent to our Pakistani "Cantonments", but the complex is very large and also serves civilians. Sadly just remember that Israel has struck Iranian and Palestinian Hospitals. When your army and airforce doesn't respect the sanctity of hospitals - don't blame another nation when they strike yours.

Looks like more Iranian BMs starting to penetrate Israeli air defence, even though the number of launches decreased. If Iran manage to unblock the destroyed entrances to their missile storage tunnels ( dificult, most likely they are under severe US/Israel surveillance), then Israel will be in touch position.

IDF yesterday claimed that Iran have atleast 1,700 BMs remaining in tunnels/storage. If Iran succeed in deploying them, and US stay away from direct involvement, then Iran might be able to get out of this mess through a cease fire. Real danger would be Israel using tactical nuclear weapons.

I don't think Iron dome was used against Iran. Iron dome is for Hamas sized rockets, Arrow2/3 is needed for Iranian SRBM/MRBM.
