But US intelligence under Tulsi Gabbard has the exact opposite view. I guess it comes down to semantics what they consider a true nuclear weapon. A dirty bomb is not the same as a kiloton or higher explosion.

I've got excellent closeups of Cape Buffalo (from a couple hundred yards away in a vehicle) with a camera phone app that are better.
