If war comes Irans navy will be destroyed they would have to count on their fleet of ghadir and fates submarines I honestly don’t think swarming tactics with manned people is going to change the equation you would have to reach American forces to make that work by than America would’ve bombed them before they could reach their assets, mines galore, anti ship missiles of every range and launching massive amounts of artillery from hidden locations
