Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

There’s nothing to do. They can’t stop bombs from raining down. IRIs strategy was to use cheap missiles to overwhelm Israeli AD and make war too costly for them. Yes, AD missiles are expensive. But dropping bombs from planes in uncontested skies is also cheap.
really hard to see for us Pakistanis, so painful to watch

Can someone give a short summary? What happened this morning?

(my reading)

things are getting out of IR hands now, they need to do something quick!
5 more days of bombardment, as seen today, its all over for IR
As long as govt intact, the biggest issue is no public uprising against the Iranian govt. This bombing has not changed public opinion and has caused more hate against US-Israel. Now traitors and Israeli agents have lost communication.

Unfortunately, once it reaches the point where cheap guided bombs are being dropped, there’s nothing left to do. If Israel were so inclined, it could use the unlimited supply of glide bombs provided by the U.S. to completely devastate Iran.
Just like in Yemen, even if the country is reduced to ashes, there’s no choice but to prepare to counterattack while hiding in caves and eating grass.
That’s the nature of war. Iran is now paying the price for abandoning its nuclear weapons and wagging its tail at the West in hopes of a luxurious life.
If this is the outcome, they should have developed nuclear weapons sooner, regardless of maritime blockades or any other consequences.
This is bitter reality, no half war is ever won. For Iran is not all lost if they can replicate zeal and determination from eighties accepting suffering for self preserving victory.
But even with that in case they need support at minimum to make their skies contested which i do not see is coming.

Iran's launch capabilities have been severely hindered. Their nuclear program was all but destroyed. All the proxies they have spent billions propping up are laying an egg. This war is over before it evenstarted

What are the Iranian pilots doing? Maybe they should go to other countries for training in advance

It's not just birth rates

It's the type of demographics

A bit of homework for you

What's the average age of Palestinians or let's just say Arabs in Gaza, Israel and the west bank?

What's the average marriage age for Arabs v Jews?

So which group is younger and has the bigger mass of population heading towards marriage and children?

If the average Arab is 19/20 years old and they are heading towards marriage and children, then they have more people to have those children even if the birth rate officially isn't that different between Jews and Arabs

Why do you think Israel is so eager to ethnically cleanse the Palestinians or starve them to death???

And I told you,, change is inevitable

SO for Israel to survive everything must remain the same forever, Egypt, Jordan, GCC can never change it wake up, the west or the youth of west must always remain slaves to Zionism and can never change

That's what I mean the clock is ticking for Israel
You're right that demographics are about more than just birth rates — but even when looking at age structures and marriage patterns, the "inevitable demographic doom" narrative doesn't hold.

Yes, the average age among Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank is younger — but youth alone doesn’t translate into national strength. Gaza’s median age may be 18-20, but that’s due to poor healthcare, high infant mortality, limited life expectancy, and economic collapse — not a sign of demographic advantage. A young population with no access to education, jobs, or freedom is more of a burden than a benefit.

On the Israeli side, not only are Jewish birth rates rising (especially among religious and traditional Jews), but Israeli Arabs themselves are having fewer children than in previous decades. Marriage ages are converging too — the old gap is narrowing. And most importantly: Israel has the institutions, economy, and infrastructure to actually support its population — Arabs in Gaza and the West Bank do not.

As for the claim that Israel is trying to "ethnically cleanse or starve" Palestinians — that's not just incorrect, it's inflammatory. If that were true, millions of Palestinians wouldn’t still be living in the West Bank and Gaza, governed largely by their own leadership (PA and Hamas). Israel does enforce blockades and security controls, yes — but these are responses to rocket fire, terror tunnels, and threats, not random cruelty. Security comes first, like it would in any state facing violent neighbors.

Israel doesn’t rely on “everything staying the same” — quite the opposite. It thrives on change. Look at its peace with Egypt, normalization with the UAE, trade with India and Africa, tech partnerships with the world. Even as Western youth become more critical, most still support liberal democracies over dictatorships. And many Arabs are realizing that peace and progress serve their futures better than clinging to a war that’s lasted generations.

Change may be inevitable — but not all change favors your narrative. Some change is making Israel stronger, more integrated, and more accepted. The region is shifting — and those who are stuck in the past, fantasizing about “clocks ticking,” are the ones most likely to be left behind.

I show concern for all civilians, be it from Palestine, Iran or Israel. They’re not to be targeted as it’s internationally recognized as a war crime.
Sure you do. Gaza deserves justice. Now go fight for it.

So where are all your posts condemning Israel hitting Iranian civilian, bombing ambulances etc? Show me them
Here you go: Israel is committing war crimes in Iran by targeting their civilian population centers:
Since June 13, 2025, Israel has been carrying out strikes on Iranian military and strategic infrastructure. These attacks have, however, also caused significant civilian casualties. Two hospitals were hit, one in the western city of Kermanshah and another in Tehran.

Now show me yours where you condemn Iran hitting civilian population centers in Israel.

One can understand Iran’s issues with acquiring fighter jets but their ADs were supposed to be protecting Iran airspace from short and medium range threats.

Carving out a corridor with complete air superiority over Western Iran, is absurd on so many levels.
