• The foreign bases belong to foreign nation they are not under QATAR control
• The Law of Qatar do not apply on these airbases
• The correct term is Iran did not attack Qatar , it is removing the airbase threat near it's border

I am not familiar with the Agreement between QATAR and USA about these bases

Iran just issued a statement that their attack was not an attack on the "brotherly nation of Qatar". It is unlikely the GCC Arabs will be embroiled in any retaliation if Iran attacks the bases hosted in their countries.

American bases in Qatar, Bahrain and UAE are legitimate targets.
