I don't make policies for my management. I merely implement them. We are not looking for talent but merely to offload the drudgery of routine work like engineering changes to the "keyboard coolies", and freeing up our experienced in-house talent for research development and innovation. On the research development and innovation new designs we are also turning to the real talent in the Eastern European states where they deliver exceptional quality of work.Lol. Then why still look for talent in the same areas. You know because even with all that, the actual IT talent is still in India. You won't go to Hyderabad, Pakistan.

For your information we recently did a cost study on the basis of Elon Musk's methods to evaluate efficiency,
It was found we could cut foreign outsourced engineering hours ( read "Indian") by 60% by using better trained in house engineering resources and leveraging AMERICAN university students as part time engineering interns.
We are discussing India here. If you want to discuss Pakistan than you would need to be educated about the engineering environment of China, and Turkey because it is with these countries that Pakistan works closely with. Your ignorance about the engineering environment in China appears to be profound.
When you see Indians sticking only to their own kind even when in a Western country and not wanting to mingle with Local White People, it almost makes Japanese people who appreciate the good kinds of White people(not the racist MAGA tards) and European culture as one of the more civilized folks than the Indian barbarians. In America's case, it's hard to believe that 75% of the world's H1B tech talent comes from India alone, it's painfully obvious that Indians are committing visa fraud and demographic replacement at a massive, likely state-sponsored scale.
I think Pakistani forum will always like to spin negative narritive
The reality is Indians are the most educated richest most upwardly mobile ethnic group in USA and most countries now
They dominate tech engineering etc
They pay taxes and make good contributions to society be it silicon valley NASA Lockheed or Any industry tbh
But it is Racist to only hire and mingle with people of your same kind/background. Play golf with white, black and East Asian friends too instead of only other Indians.....I think Pakistani forum will always like to spin negative narritive

You can't think beyond IT and "keyboard coolie" keyboard punchers can you? I have a lot of laughs about this with my Chinese colleagues who said an Indian automotive or aerospace project is generational, such that the grandchildren of the first staff members will be working 65 years later on the same product . As an example my Chinese colleague pointed to the Indian Ambassador car that was launched by Hindustan Motors in 1949 , the same year Toyota was launched. I literally rolled over laughing.Because the real best probably don’t want to work for his company, so they’re left picking the ‘best’ of what’s left. And even for that, they have to look in India’s hinterlands, not in Pakistan, Thailand, Indonesia, or China.
I started in 1990ishI have been working in IT since the mid 90's. My experience was that up to and after the 2K event, Indians "over from India" were everywhere in the industry that i work in here in the UK. My experience from my last 2 roles that span 13 years is that there are fewer and fewer Indians coming over in the UK and even fewer Indian born Indians working in departments and organisations that I work in.
After graduation, I joined the tech division of an American investment bank in London, and the background check was intense. They even sent some local agency people to my home in India to speak to neighbours, contacted my college, and reached out to former part-time employers. Hard to see how some companies just take resumes at face value.

Then STFU about the process loopholes. You have no control on what the company decide because they know your opinion is irrelevant and faulty. And your rants about telugu people hating other south Indians and north indians. I am a telugu andhra guy living in US for 20 years. Don't tell me that you know us better than I. And we absolutely don't hate others. We all are Indians afterall. Hating your own countrymen is reserved for other south asians probably.I don't make policies for my management. Actually, to wean us away from the " Venkys," we did consider offloading to Pakistan, Argentina, South Africa and some Eastern European countries eventually choosing Romania over the Czech Republic . This allowed us to cut the engineering hours allocated to TCS, L & T by 50% and we sent 11 contractors home.If it’s really just about offloading routine work, why not send it to Pakistan instead?

Fun fact:
The Pakistanis are heavily utilized by the China, Turkey and their own defense sector and have very little spare capacity for outsourcing. Pakistanis are not into Donkey Keyboard coolie work but genuine innovation geared 90% to their defense and aerospace sector.
