Your point is true. But China is focusing on robot and 3d printing materials quickly so I guess its possible they are manufactured faster than any country. However, I believe j35 is coming late 26 or 27. So I think your argument is becoming valid day by day.

Both of your statements are completely wrong.

1. Official agencies of both India and Pakistan love to engage in wars of words. They often use unrealistic and false statements to intimidate each other. These statements do not represent their true views and true capabilities.

2. Weapon systems are a very large subject. No one can know all the knowledge. Whether it is a soldier, a designer, a skilled worker, a military fan... they only know part of the knowledge in their respective fields. This is a completely different field. What anyone in the PAF knows does not overlap with what military fans know.

China has not completely banned the export of J-20. So far, the only official report was in 2016, when Ma Xiaotian, then commander of the PLAAF, said: "目前歼-20暂时没有外销计划！ There is no plan to export the J-20 for the time being!"

But the J-20 is not suitable for the PAF. You can end the discussion about it.

There is also an element of “off the cuff” remarks.

But the to expect a retd officer even one with good links to his former institution to know everything accurately is also unfair.

Now those are picked up as regurgitated rumors means you’re just going to have to bear with it.

After all -

1. Structural Differences
   • Carrier-Based Fighters (e.g. J-35 Naval Variant):
     
     • Stronger Landing Gear: Built to withstand the high-impact forces of carrier landings (arrested recovery).
     • Tailhook: Equipped with a tailhook to catch arresting wires on the carrier deck.

     • Corrosion Resistance: Treated to withstand harsh saltwater environments.
     • Reinforced Airframe: Built for the stresses of catapult launches (or ski-jump takeoffs).

     • Longer Range/Payload: Can carry more fuel/weapons since they don’t need carrier-specific reinforcements.

No, plain and simple all this fuss about Pakistan getting J-35 soon, is now reconsidering to get naval J-35 or even J-20 instead of J-35A is is just all nonsense and PR-BS.

Pakistan will get them, later than some like to (not next month or this year) and esrlier than I expected initially but still not before 2027.

Now , Pakistan is adamant on tot for the fifth generation aircraft....if Chinese refuse , KAAN is the viable option.... turkey has given a standing offer for joint production.... probability is high Pakistan will go KAAN.

Now , Pakistan is adamant on tot for the fifth generation aircraft....if Chinese refuse , KAAN is the viable option.... turkey has given a standing offer for joint production.... probability is high Pakistan will go KAAN.

This is actually a better option for Pakistan.
