IMO, the most lasting effect is the "Fear of God" injected into the minds of the Ehl-i Dunya! Thanks to the indiscriminate firing of Brahmos to compensate for the IAF perennial failure took the entire world toward the edge of a nuclear winter, as predicted by an MIT study (done during Bush Jr. term) on the nuclear exchange at the subcontinent. If you take the Dunya out of them what have they got left to live for? No wonder President Trump is mentioning Pak-Bharat every now and then. It gives him nightmare.....

Actually Vasanth,, Yasser didn't mention the Kathua Temple rape or the Manipur Rapes.
Indian Army can't take credit for all the rapes in the AFSPA areas.
Remarkably no one condemned the Kathua rapes and in fact lawmakers approved and people came out on the streets protesting the convictions and arrests of the perpetrators.
The Manipur gang rapes and naked parades is even more shocking as elected lawmakers defended the actions as retaliation.
We always lag behind India in every field and this is one field where our "deficiency" is stark
