So now Vietnam is also celebrating the victory over fascist Japan also WW II victory or just independence day on September 2 ? I thought you guys are too scared to offend Japan.

During World War II, they were under the rule of the French. So they had little feeling about World War II. After World War II, Ho Chi Minh went to war with the French, and that was Vietnam's war of independence.

of course we will invite the Japanese as guest. it’s up to them to come or not to come.
I think if any the japanese will be offended because Vietnam invites the PLA to participate the parade.
