Syrian Civil War and The future of Syria after liberation

Nice infographic! What I don't understand is how can such a small Druze militia, such a small force, create so much chaos and wreak havoc so easily. If the numbers of kidnappings are to be believed, how the heck can they just go in and grab all these people. Where are the Bedouin militias, where's the local police, the bedouins should have their own self-protection units.

Man,such a small number? That's why I asked you the other day. I thought they must have been anywhere from 3,000-10,000 or something.

The bedouins they are grabbing are already inside Suweida living as a minority in a Druze majority region, thats why its easy to grab them, the Tribes they are fighting are the same tribe, but they rest of them live in the next district/governate over in Daraa. There is no bedouin police inside Suweida or local police from the Bedouins, These goons took over those things, the local druze not aligned with them, don't want to fight them and these guys are more armed and also I don't think the local druze want to kill other druze, IMO they will need to confront hijri b/c otherwise he will doom them.

They are able to create this chaos, b/c #1 the bedouins they are doing it to are isolated. #2 Israeli air support and airdrop supply and other support.

Oh that explains a lot then.

More Bedouin hostages speaking of their torture at the hands of the Druze. This woman was beaten by her male captors repeatedly as she describes her ordeal:

"More testimonies about the assault on women and the burning of homes of Bedouin tribes in Suwayda by the armed Druze militias of Hikmat al-Hajri"

Basically she states the Druze broke into her house to rob it, they found her and demanded to know why she has not left yet. They took her captive and beat her and burned her house down.

More testimony of recently released Bedouin civilian hostages:

Testimony of one of the survivors from the Bedouin tribes about the crimes of Hikmat al-Hijri's militias in the city of Shahba, Suwayda, speaking about the killing of his family there:
"I left my mother and sister between the water tank and the wall, I told them you are grown women, they won’t bother you, but they killed them"

Guys, Syria is f*cked no matter which angle you look at it from.
Im not saying this as somethint I want to happen. On the contrary. I want a unified, strong and independent Syria.
Im just calling it as I see it.

Too many sectarian and ethnic conflicts in a short time span. First it was Alawites, then the Druze. Next it will be Kurds. Couple of months ago there were so much cheering over the YPG joining the central government. Turns out, the YPG may have realised its not such a great idea to lay down arms when other religious ans ethnic minorities are getting slaughtered. Not to mention the secular and Sufi minded Sunnis that have also met the axe and black banners of Tahrir Al Sham.

Syria is for all practical purposes already dissolved as a state. Otherwise what do you call a state where the "leader" has no control over the various armed factions, where an enemy state (israel) is not only occupying but imposing conditions where you are allowed to station troops and where you arent allowed? Nonexistant, thats what.

It would be foolish to lay down arms right now. They could surrender all their weapons right now, disband their army and police units, even their militias, and they could have random armed groups attacking them a few weeks later.

Druze fighters in As -Suwayda raise the Israeli flag.

This literally has no one say which side is which and where this video is from.

Not to mention the fact that that Vivid account is run by an Indian guy from Uttar Pardesh named Asutosh Shukla
