Trump Announces Major Pakistan Trade Deal, Vows Joint Oil Development/Exploration

This is Pakistan's opportunity now to capture this trade.
lols @ delusion!

major export sector textiles anticipating death after this khaki iradlis trade deal! with input cost highest in the region India ,bangladesh still will take major chunk of orders and Pakistans insustry will bleed and eventually die! leaving behind ashes for Iradli Marshal of trump to collect and made use that material to build more PLOTs! they plots they live and die for!

If everything else is equal I will take a 1% decrease at work. For major textile importers that is a big saving on the bottom line. If Pak textile quality is as good as others (I am not an textile industry expert), this should see more orders, Bangladesh is the main competitor here.

Indian textiles have now become too expensive overnight
1: quality is not good we are good only at mass manufacturing cheap shits!
2: our input costs are higher than 1% so sir you khaki fan boy take your 1% pay cut but it wont make much difference!

That's why I said I was expecting a 10 or at least 15%

In an ideal world I would have wanted Trump to only target the dirty 15

There is difference between slave and partner. You are one of the smartest brain on this website. It must not be difficult for you to figure it out. Usa is slave of Israel and Pakistan is slave of USA. Which makes us slaves of slave.
Thanks for the compliment. Which also means I can see where it is a purely politically motivated rant on relationship versus actually making a point.
Just because your god got screwed over by the establishment doesn't mean this was the worst deal for Pakistan nor was any comparison to Israel realistic in ANY Intelligent human's mind other than a cultist running out of arguments.

It is possible that someone other than the establishment - even someone via PTI could have gotten a better deal but it would not be some massive change on the dollar. If anything, considering the total enemy status Pakistan had with the US in the first Trump admin during the initial months and then complete ignored during the Biden years despite proverbial Nabi Khan charms - this establishment for all its bumbling, destruction of democracy and total compromise for personal needs still managed to secure a pretty decent save for Pakistan considering the current environment and the overall expected capability of this military government with the noonie facade.

So many other intelligent PTI supporters have acknowledged this - but complete brainwashed cultists have not.

US oil partnership could embark Pakistan on 'transformative path', say experts

If you have so much oil, why do you need the American. Tell them to f o with their tariff. You don't need their market.

oh hell, you brought your hate out, buddy? You say it’s just “politics” as if that makes it acceptable to bury truth, brush injustice under the carpet, and pretend we don’t all know exactly who won and who lost the election.

Let’s stop playing games.
We both know the current regime has no public mandate.
The party now in power got just 17 seats and somehow they’re running the country.
Meanwhile, the man who clearly won the election with the people’s overwhelming support is in prison. That’s not politics. That’s a hostile takeover of democracy.

This isn’t about PTI or Imran Khan. This is about legitimacy, plain and simple.
It’s about a general-turned-Field Marshal, who installed his preferred puppets after Pakistanis rejected them at the ballot box.

You say it’s politics.
I say it’s a national betrayal.
Because let’s talk about the real cost of the deal you’re so eager to praise:

Pakistan was handed a “deal” by the Americans not because of strength, not because of smart diplomacy, but because this regime was willing to stay silent on Palestine, normalise relations with Israel, and serve as a geopolitical pawn once again.

Why now?
Because America cannot operate in the region without Israel. And to ease Israel’s growing isolation, they need Muslim countries to fall in line. That’s the price of this so-called “deal” our voice, our principles, and our sovereignty.

So no, this isn’t a strategic victory.
It’s strategic submission.

When you applaud this regime for negotiating a deal, understand what you’re really endorsing:
• The rape of democratic mandate
• The imprisonment of the elected leader
• The abandonment of Palestine
• And the return of a corrupt elite backed by boots, not ballots

Smartness isn’t about twisting words to sound rational.
Smartness is knowing the difference between diplomacy and disgrace.

So let’s be clear:
You know who won. You know who lost.
You know what was traded. And you know who benefits from pretending this is normal politics.
This is not governance. This is occupation in civilian clothes.

And history will record it exactly like that.

@hydrabadi_arab

Hydra bro,

USA gave India preference in trade and investment over Pakistan.

What preference did USA give to IND over PAK?

Regards

Bizarre post, are you ok? You seem to be worked up about Pakistan and America.

Decades from now when some secrets will be spelled out you children will know what Pakistan has done for china ......yep , I know more than 90% Pakistanis don't share my views.......vast majority of people anywhere in the world are influenced by MSM or Messiahs.

what Pakistan has done for China I already aware of it... such as reporting an F-16 as "lost" and handing it over China for detailed study..

however the only partner that hasn't done it;s job is Pakistan in relation to CPEC. What you refer to as arrogance is Chinese distain for Pakistan incompetence in relation to security and CPEC. There are a competent bunch who get things do and we dont.

the faster we realise that fast we can correct our selves

@Pradotlc

this guy's comments is his own...most Pakistani dont share his view

von Blumfeld Pai aka @mythbuster is one of the most astute persons I have come across. It is a blessing for us Indians that most Pakistanis are not like him.

dont care for your character vouching...

if you make dumb statements you will be called out.

Once bitten twice shy!
Or so it goes...
I don't know why anyone with functioning faculties would be giddy on what is dished out as a deal! It is NOT!
For all intents and purposes, the US president cannot tariff goods and services, congress does... in this case it is hamstrung and courts are still to decide... which means the law is yet to change!
Second, what was, was imminently better... the shenanigans to tax Americans by other means has bearing on their buying power, THE END CONSUMER! For that orange wants QE, create demand and push cheaper credit.
Lastly, Pakistan has been burned multiple times over... this attraction to slaving for America is pretty insane, however understandable... The creme de la creme only submits to... hence the fawning and flattering. The only thing Pakistan can get out of this is investments in shale for nothing else but to end the brutal cycle and wealth transfer...

The political course and systemic controls are fixed. The only organized structure and power is self conscious. It will never relent, especially when they can have the masses disillusioned behind another proxy down the road. It is incumbent upon the masses to resist the urge and divest from proxy worship. Stand with your own, be honest with your base instinct. And you'll see the monster grow smaller.

I don't want to dent the euphoria as people get happy on perception and not reality. They assume the butchers and thieves of Gaza will come through as knights in shining armor to save the day for them... then they have one more coming.
