Pakistan-Saudi Arabia mutual defense pact: News & Discussion

They cannot even stop Iran, and Iran has an embryonic programme. You cant kill knowledge.

For sure Israel and US find Paks nukes a nusience, only a full scale invasion could completely get rid of the programme now, It is simply too large and Pakistan too big.

Best chance was late 80s early 90s, Israel wanted to India pulled back. Now Israel is in range, 8 MRBMs with MRVs aimed just at Tel Aviv would be almost impossible to defend.

US option now has been to get Pak onside. Pak is too weary of that, so we are in the weird grey area where we are friendly with US but at an arms length. Suits both parties fine.

Let us also not forget now that China would not sit back and see Pakistan demolished either, US and Israeli calculations take that on board too
Yasser mate maybe I'm being too 'doomsdayish' but you have to look at precedent, in our hubris we often make mistakes that become our undoing. One only has to look at what they did to Iraq, and let's face it, Iran turned out to be a paper tiger. Their plans run across generations and they play the long game.

It wasn't in reference to them being nuclear...you lack nuance and don't understand subtlety. If I need to spell it out to someone like you, it's not worth my effort. Go look at some pictures of aircraft and learn how to identify them.

Ok, I can do that. In the meantime, go ask your uncle to open up that childhood globe of yours. Swing it, clap with both hands, and memorize country names and who has a nuke and who doesn't. From here we'll level up your education ever week.

Failure to read or lacking basic comprehension? I said it wasn't about who has nukes. If you don't understand what that means, don't bother replying to me.

Ok, no further messages. Next time, don't insult the other person. You'll get the same treatment back.

No, you are being a realist here, and I cannot blame you for thinking like this, but same reason why they are leaving North Korea alone (who are in a much weaker and more precarious position then Pakistan is).

Everyone knew Iraq had no nukes or even chemical warfare capability. Its air defences were second rate at best.

With Pakistan you have 200 plus (some say 250-300) warheads in Punjab plains, Balouch deserts and KP mountains. Soon even deep in Arabian sea.
How do you find those and take them all out in one go whilst at the same time fighting one of the most capable armies and air forces in the world?
I am sure the US and Israelis have already gamed this and it odes not work out well.

As I also said, they would also expect China to sit and do nothing as it loses it's closest miltary ally.

As I said, only way to assure Pak being defanged is a full scale land invasion. Not gonna happen. Ever.

So we are agreed guys

It's against
Israel Iran and India

How you going to detach USA from Israel ...
Or get USA to move it's half century footprint guarding the black gold or oil of mideast

I have always believed Pakistan has no desire or heart to take on Israel on behalf of Arabs

Israel is the big no1 enemy of Saudi and gulf states it always will be

For Pakistan it's India centric

This is where this alliance is built on straw you have no common enemy or common goals just individual vested interests...

NATO was one alliance against Russia that's why it was solid

Ever heard of a twofer?

Well it is that kind of a deal. You snagged Iran in for free... that doesn't count they have had their turn and don't need an encore... get on with the fire Hindus and their machinations now... cause baby king got burnt.

It wasn't an insult, just reminded you of your previous posts, but agreed, place me on your ignore list and don't quote or reply to me again.

Iraq, Iran, Qatar, Syria, Jordan, Egypt all thought the same...the Zionists will never accept any state potentially aiming nukes at them, and big daddy Zionist is more than happy the make that happen.
You're not wrong to point out these risks.

We also know full well the duplicity of the Americans and the eternal nihilistic machinations of the zionists.

I personally feel that the touted American presence in Afghanistan needs the most scrutiny in terms of the overall calculus.

Pakistan must tread cautiously and guard its concerns zealously.

However, pivotal events have a habit of unilaterally taking charge of their own path of travel and inconsistently unravelling themselves like meandering fabric thrown onto a darzee's display table.

Pakistan has defiantly thrust itself forwards at this intriguing moment and has no choice now but to proceed on that forward trajectory with confidence.

I don't put people on ignore lists. It's dumb. People should interact and mutually respect each other. This notion of "I'll try to insult because I can't factually argue" is silly and naïve. Only makes one look bad.

Expect the unexpected.

This will probably mark the begining of defanging Pakistan from its nukes. Prior to this accord, the Pak military went out of its way to emphasise that its nuke deterrent was solely aimed at India, not any other country, i.e. Israel. Now with the potential of placing nukes in Saudi aimed at Israel, the Zionists and Americans are already devising plans to defang Pakistan. There was an incident with Biden where they commented their concerns of Pak nukes and the Pak foreign office was up in arms...what do you think this move will do in the corridors of power in Washington? You can forget about Trump, he's just there for the clown show. The deep state in the US is probably in full swing running its strategies to come up with the best solution. You can effectively say bye bye to Pak nukes .

You guys seem happy that the attention of US-Israel would turn to denuclearizing Pakistan. However, you should fear it, not be pleased.

For one thing, US-Israel will want to bring India into their plans. They would be quite happy if India and Pakistan destroy each other as long as Pakistani nukes are gone and don’t threaten Israel any more.

Any preemptive attack on Pakistani nuclear sites will result in India getting nuked into the Stone Age. The world would experience global radiation and all financial markets will crash. US superpower era will come to a sudden end.

So, there are a lot of consequences for you guys to ponder. It’s much safer for Indians to stick to making rupees than to try to play with the big boys.

You're mistaking me for something I'm not 😂 but never mind, I probably asked for it in my pessimism.

Its easy to denuclearize a country trying to make a bomb. Pop their scientists and destroy the labs.

But an established power? No chance. There are multiple silos in unknown locations. Why would they risk the world ending just for this? They already know Pakistanis are willing to coexist with everyone. This has always been off the table even for our worst enemies.

Err…. which one of those had 200+ nuclear warheads with viable delivery systems. US coming in to denuclearise Pakistan is Hindu wet dream is all.
