This tread have been "boiling" in the last 72 hours because of those news. He has been reprehended by the parliament authority because spreading "Sensitive information" so... officially NO Mig29, NO S400, no papa, no mama no whiskey soda... :ROFLMAO: But something is moving behind the curtain. That is for sure.

I agree with you at this point. It is not logical to keep this capacity if you won´t have the bomb... So au contrarie I think that Iran has a covert nuclear program. Everybody suspect it and IRI paid and will pay a heavy price because... feeding a half of dozen of nuclear reactors?.

And let me be clear. Maybe Khamenei is martyred because so in next some months. So or IRI government is completely crazy/stupids or really it is a checkmate to all regional status quo. I think second one. But that is just my oppinion, I really thought Israel would never attack and they did it.

Highly unlikely given Irans procurement cadence to date i suspect.

The IR is not paying the price, Iranians are. Sanctions, as usual, hurt ordinary Iranians.

You think there's a master plan but I don't think there is one. In a country where +30 IRGC generals are killed in half an hour, where the session of the highest authorities of the country is bombed by Israel, where our top nuclear scientist is killed on his way back home, do you think they can keep our nuclear program secret? They failed to do that in 2003 and the level of infiltration back then was less than 1% that it is now.

Martyred? I wouldn't call him a martyr. To die as a martyr, you have to sacrifice your life for the country. That takes courage. Khamenei has shown no courage in my book. TP1, TP2 and even TP3 were weak responses. Khamenei even refused to declare war on Israel after Netanyahu declared war on Iran on Day 1.

They really don't.

A lot of their technology isn't just rebranded or modified Chinese or Russian systems.

Their destroyers are not armed to the teeth, and don't have fast speeds

Their artillery is mostly vintage, or bought from Chinese stock.

This is the amount the people of Iran have lost due to idiots and incompetent fools in charge. I wonder what Ghalibaf could've down to Tehran with that kind of money..... :)

And IRIAF has been running on 200-400 MlN USD/year budget for years. 5 upgradations, 1 procurement, 2 armament manufacturing plans failed due to budget cuts. IRI mullahs need to be dragged through the cities for the damage they have done to Iran.

Meanwhile, Hezbollah receives nearly 800 million dollars per year for doing nothing.
Imagine a non-Arab country that pays an Arab militias 2-4 times more than its air force.
I don't know when this nightmare will end.

It is getting a small boost. Did you see their recent budget announcement? 30% of air transit and air corridor fees will go to air force.

Hesbollah has paid a huge price in blood! They also kept the shadow of war off Iran until they stood down after Lebanese government agreed to the ceasefire with Israel.

Don't understand why Iran has not approached china for aircraft and long range air force

China can supply equipment farore quickly than Russia who is embroiled in Ukraine war
