The aircraft of the August 1st flight demonstration team should be J-10A. J-10C should not have participated in this parade.
Your information is outdated.

The August 1st Aerobatic Team's fighter jets have already been upgraded from J-10AYs to J-10CYs.

Their current fighter fleet consists of J-10CYs and J-10SYs.

J10C if it is used by Chinese Air-force in numbers close to 700 Jets , it is certain the supply chain of parts will continue for foreseeable future

Why would any nation stop parts manufacturing when it's own fleet uses 700 J10C , so this is not happening

New nations are always interested to Acquire the new plane

J10C plays same role as what F16 plays on home soil in USA , it is a defensive plane for protection of near home region.

I can imagine Pakistan growing our fleet to 100 J10C
in order to phase out F7 or Mirage.

Provision of PL-15 under fuselage/body seems uncertain. This required proper wiring (bus), space for missile length/width etc.

PL-15 so far stays under wings. Dual rack might not be practical in combat unless its first look first shoot and fly away without countering enemy AAM, enemy jamming and radar lock for evasion.

PL-15 probably no, but PL-12/SD-10 is definitely a yes as showcased during 2024 Zhuhai airshow with a staggered ventral tandem hardpoint

While obviously tandem hardpoints would have an adverse effect on flight performance, I see evidence against the suggestion that such effect is prohibitive for fighter maneuvers, as domestic PLAAF J-10Cs have repeatedly been showcased by state media during internal combative drills undergoing both BVR and WVR maneuvers with tandem hardpoints. I could try to pinpoint a few footages if you’d like.

Yes a tandem hardpoint of 2 massive PL-15s may seem a tremendous burden, but if you have been observing the USAF and US carrier aviation, fighters have endured far more egregious cases before.

Its good to know that PL12 can be carried under belly but PL-15 has the first shoot advantage so becomes a weapon of choice for air combat. The threat level of PL-15 keeps the enemy a/c at distance from the borders.

It just brings the question of future of PL-12 within PAF.
