Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Terrorism Watch

I hope that one day, TTP get hold of you and they do to you, what they have done on thousands of civlians, tab shaid akal aye tumay
we will not accept the slavery of the TTP, unlike some of you who bow down to powerful dictators. All you faujeets will side with the TTP if they ever seize the country by force. Your ‘might is right’ mentality will make you accept them as saviors.

“In 2021, the then military leadership presented a plan to resettle terrorists who had laid down their arms, but this plan was rejected by our elected representatives in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the tribal areas – this plan was not implemented during our tenure.

But now, contrary to the facts, this completely false allegation is being made against the PTI government that terrorism in the country has arisen due to terrorists established during this period. The nation should be told which terrorists were established when, where and how?”Message from jail of unjustly imprisoned former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan
Imran Khan defended the plan to resettle thousands of TTP fighters and their families after the fall of Kabul, saying his government had to choose between killing them or reaching an agreement to settle them in the province.

Now he is back tracking from his own plan. Classical politician!

Your leader is telling the state to negotiate with child killers, thugs and terrorists. While you or your family sit in comfortable lounges with the A.C on, the faujees you abuse, are laying down their lives fighting against the khawarij. Thori sharam kerlo

Haha. The people in K-P are the most conservative people of Pakistan and even they didn't like what the Taliban were doing enforcing their 'Shariat' in Malakand Division. Ask any Swati which is better: The Swat of 2008 or the Swat of 2025.
What Pakistan is facing is a terrorist insurgency backed by foreign power(s). Sri Lanka faced that for a quarter century even when India removed its involvement. A quarter century! In case of Pakistan, domestic political reasons and a long, porous border with Afghanistan along with the terrain makes it extremely difficult to counter the insurgency--and all that on top of a the grave threat India has been posing for nearly eight decades.

That is not entirely true for PTI from how “national” it is but the simple aspect is that they are stroking ethnic chasms which IK has decided to exploit(probably not from a place of malevolence entirely) and now they have no way to combat it.

At the end if Pakistan does suffer another civil war it will be the same one dictator refusing to budge and one ethnic leader refusing to play ball.

Worst case scenario is that many years later IK or another of the more Pushtoon focused leaders makes the statement “I was never looking to break Pakistan but they forced me” and current leadership is spat on.

Nuclear weapon security wont matter here since the ones in KP can be secured and moved away.

It’s ridiculous that these ideas are even surfacing. Because at the end both sides have egoistic men who care less about Pakistan or Pakistanis than proving they are right.
Do you know even what you’re saying?

koi sharm hoti hai koi haya hoti hai, terrorists will kill civilians because they are terrorists. We give billions of dollars budget to our armed forces to protect us but instead they waste it on suppressing protests and political engineering.

says the guy who swore allegiance to a foreign queen to become a second class citizen of a rothschid pro-zionist state.

Faujeets take an jhooti oath infront of Allah and break it.

I have sat with many of these so-called "duffers" and FA pass. I can tell you that all of the above is rubbish. They have been some of the most well-read, articulate people that I have come across. The PTI propaganda, as usual, relies on the time-tested approach to otherise, demean, belittle the opposition. Thus nobody can close to the intellectual level of these PTI walay.
Everyone else is corrupt, jahil, and duffers too. This is what they share with each other in their echo-chambers (no different than Modi and Trump's RSS and hard-right base) and these stories go on and on.
I was just advocating that the courses they do are equivalent to BS and MS levels. However, true learning lies when we explore by debating, as most things are not hard sciences.
I have sat with many, and I found them more rigid in their understanding/knowledge. I didn't debate them as they are elders (from my family and in-laws). They don't think from a macro scope, always bring some justification to their actions and blame others more than themselves (army).

The DG ISPR along with the establishment should tone down their political rhetoric and so should the PTI.

This disunity is only harming Pakistan.

Do you people intend to colonize Afghanistan or subjugate it under isolation?

A sovereign independent Afghanistan is all what is intended as a depth.

It seems the government was in advance preparation of some military intervention in the erstwhile NWFP which seems to have been preempted by the chief executive change in the territory. The ruling party in the province seem to lean towards political dialogue with hardcore terrorism and unnecessarily dragging Afghanistan in Pakistan's sovereign matter. It remains a question if the federation would allow a territory to seek autonomy over foreign relations.
A defective answer.

And then what does he say in the final 5 seconds?

Here's Shireen Mazari:

Point being, this was a process which was likely started by the military and PTI govt was on board. Even if we say PTI proposed it, the whole of the government apparatus was a part of it, Bajwa was even more opitmistic about this than IK, I clearly remember the chatter in those days. It's a total of 5000 people. Not all were resettled even. 5000 logon nay poray mulk main fasad kia hua hai?

Pinning the blame on PTI keh in ki waja say ab mulk main dehshatgardi hai is just plain dishonesty.

IDK why PTI is the number 1 enemy of the state right now, but please by all means carry on, and keep beating this strawman dead. When the TTP then comes and actually beats you dead, then again start cussing PTI.
The last 5 seconds, as I mentioned (post #81), he says the "Intelligence walon ne kiya". I already gave the context since the intelligence walay made happen what was decided by the government. The decision was political, he specifically says "GOVERNMENT" got in the middle of something that should have been handled by the Jirga. Whose government? The same one-page government. If the blame is on the then military/intelligence leadership, fair enough, at least just as much of the blame rests on the government of the day.

I should also highlight in response to your point "IDK why PTI is the number 1 enemy of the state right now". The issue is one of implementing NAP to defeat terrorism in KP. That means launching kinetic operations at a much greater scale above and beyond the IBOs and then having the provincial government tackle all of the law and order, prosecution, governance issues the NAP highlights. IK has already said "No Operations". He has told his PTI leadership to not cooperate with the center. So how could you, or anyone for that matter, leave this responsibility off the KP/PTI provincial government? Everyday the PTI curses the provincial government in Punjab and Sind, for right and wrong reasons, for issues big and small. So why would the onus not be with the KP PTI government then to implement NAP?
