Adani ports has been around since the anti-national congress times, which gave several projects to his company. Is your hate for BJP or Adani?

What about the crony capitalism of 90% of companies formed during post 1991 anti-national congress rule? None of those companies have survived. Plus so many looted banks during UPA regime and escaped overseas. I did not see any one loot Indian banks and flee overseas during BJP/NDA rule.

1. So why did GVK group not go to the Supreme Court or a high court even to get “justice”?

You are making the usual mistake that bhakts make, thinking that opposing the divisive policies of the BJP makes people Congress supporters. That isn't necessarily true.
