I am suspicious of the JAAC's escalatory rhetoric, it seems like an attempt to hijack the name of Kashmir to blackmail the state with absurd demands like removing IOK refugee seats.

I also laugh at these leftist teenagers saying 'saar us kashmiris are discriminated against by Pakistan' -- no kid, you're a Punjabi Pahari, THE most privilaged demographic in Pakistan.

There's millions of Kashmiris living all over Pakistan, including me. I've never heard of or experienced a case of discrimination for being Kashmiri, and I lived through Karachi's worst years of ethnic strife.

I won't go too off topic but nowadays we see a lot of intellectually devoid, performative, and emotional leftisim in Pakistan as a whole -- as dangerous as taliban type nutjobs.

Please do not post unverified BS from social media. I have known organisers of the JKLF for over 3 decades.. These are some of the most patriotic people on the planet, many gave their lives for a freedom struggle.

JKLF is not entitled to Pakistan's unconditional support.

Pakistan, an Islamic country, will support Islamic groups who align with its own ideology.

JKLF's leftist ethno-nat ideology isn't really consistent or compaitble with Pakistan's. JKLF wants an independent secular Kashmir on the basis of Kashmiri identity; however, JKLF also lays claim to the non-Kashmiri regions of GB, AJK, Ladakh, etc.

See if they stick to this than most people would support them
Elite privileges take up billions of $ from the Pakistan treasury; stick to that instead of all the other nonsense of free stuff and handouts.
But unfortunately, in Pakistan people only protest to get free stuff not for beating up elite class and babus.

AJK own revenue Rs60bn. Pakistan give them Rs250bn. These are figures from 2025-26 AJK budget.

Rs310bn budget for 4.5m people which are less then Rawalpindi district isn't small amount. So where does that money goes?

AJK would be more developed if it didn't have bloated state machinary. Rs40bn is given on annual wheat subsidy which is stupid. Instead this can finance Mirpur-Muzafarad motorway, industrialization, airport etc. Not sure what is the obsession of AJK/GB folk for getting subsdized wheat?
(they wanted almost free electricity too for god knows what reason when everyone else was struggling too)
Its clear with financial management like this AJK will remain backward always looking at Islamabad to give them more subsdies and money. Then you wonder why all these British Mirpuris are shifting to Islamabad/Lahore and no longer invest in Mirpur.

ONLY reason why I would never support their protests ONLY!!! reason!!

The protests were peaceful at first until police started their heavy shellings, firing on the protesters, then Punjab police and rangers did the same and protesters then retaliated. Now your calling protesters terrorists but what about the security forces and dacoit ruling elites.

The issue i see is what if someone wants to be patriotic Pakistani and wants to support our army and Pakistan, what stance can he she take. Because the same army establishment will impose corrupt dacoits to rule over us, we then will suffer at their behest. This is main reason people support the action committe, action committe is supported by Kashmiri awaam and nationalists, the nationalists are the ones spreading hate but the awaam has no choice but to support them since they are being killed, kidnapped by the security forces and dacoits leadership.

This is what happened during Bangladesh rebellion, KPK and Balochistan rebellion, the ruling elite are supported by army and establishment, how can a person be patriotic when suffering at the hands of those who claim they represent Pakistan and are true Pakistanis.

Why doesnt pro establishment parties such as PPP, Pmln, Pmlq, IPP start counter protests.

Peaceful protesters don't come fully armed to take on security forces.

Please remove your politically tainted glasses at least for this issue. If anything, their biggest blunder was to impose a filth on this nation in 2028. Anyhow, there is no justification for 'peaceful' protesters to kill security persons at all. These are simply terrorists and should be treated as such.

These namak-haram protesters use electricity where gas is normally use (such as tandoor, water tanks, etc. (according to a former president of Azad Kashmir). One of their leader was running a massive fake cigarette factory. A raid by officials was conducted on that illegal business just a couple of days ago.

There is deep nexus between the criminals, smugglers, mafias, and terrorists in Pakistan. They are deep rooted in Pak judiciary, bureaucracy, political cadres, etc. If and when the state tries to bust any of them, they all come out united to attack the state. It's already too late and the state has already retreated enough number of times. This is the time to crush these mafias once for all.
