Algeria has purchased 24 Su-35SE and 14 Su-57E, as well as about 16 Su-34ME, Su-30MKA, and they have both modernised Su-27SME, as well as SU-24M and SU-25TM from Russian aircraft. They have everything from the Flanker family except the naval one. Su-33 no restrictions from Moscow on them getting more units or any types . Egyptian Rafale has SCALP missiles (after France studied and produced an electronic component USA didn't want to give to egypt... ITAR.... ).

The Meteor case is different... But if F16 can only rely on short range AA missiles, Egyptian Rafale has MICA, with a 80 km range (smaller range than AMRAAM, but far greater than Sidewinter)

Rafael without meteor is worthless, Egyptian were dumb to tolerate spending so much for a gimped weapon system
