no, that design was not based on mirage 3 but Atlas Cheeta was based on mirage 3 not this one

Do you guys even do any basic research before posting?

Externally, the Carver bore some resemblance to the Dassault Mirage 4000 prototype;[3] the design drew upon several elements of Dassault Aviation's Mirage family, including the decision to incorporate a number of Snecma engine components which were produced under licence in South Africa.[5] While being a heavily indigenous effort, partially due to the embargo, South Africa was able to acquire substantial assistance on Project Carver from both France and Israel; many aerospace engineers and designers were hired from these nations, while technical information related to Israel's aborted IAI Lavi programme was also acquired under the Israel–South Africa Agreement.

All delta wing designs are going to look the same. The hard part is getting things to the right proportion and using the right materials. No Western country is going to hold your hands all the way. Not even Russians. At the end of the day, you have to design, test, find problems and overcome it. If we simply copied some western jet as it is, we wouldn't have issue mass producing them. But Tejas had issues, that's why there was MK1, 2 et al. MK2 feature Canard delta wing design which are not present in MK1.

i never said India is copying European designs as it would result in India getting sued or even kicked out of western defense market. What India is doing is hiring western consultants and contractors to assist them with R&D thats why their is striking similarities with Arjun tank with Leopard, Dhruv with Eurocopter EC-145 and LCA with Swiss ALR Piranha.

Well you just repeated what I already said. You can hire consultants but they are not going to handhold you into making your own jets. I didn't imply you meant India copied. India did design and develop Tejas with the help of consultants of course but their job isn't designing jets.

Source/link? In your above post you called it it was based on Mirage III but now you called it it was based on Mirage 4000 which was twin engine version of Mirage 2000 so which one is true and don't tell me that Mirage 2000 was based upon Mirage III, Mirage 2000 is totally different jet than Mirage III only look wise both are similar

Yassebrq.it's too late to turn back
Tejas is going to happen
But long term Amca will become both a fifth generation fighter and even future block grow to 5.5 generation

What you criticise is correct it's too slow too late ...your correct

But some of your country folk who are not biased have correctly pointed out the huge military industrial complex that is now built as consequence of Tejas which will reap benefits for ever

Gan Aesa
Bvr missiles
Composite air frames
Quadruplex flybewire

The biggest technology the unmanned wingmen Like cats warrior and ghtak that will operate with Tejas in coming years

It's not all failure there are same amazing achievements
But as a Yasser defending his country of origin that's too much to hard to acknowledge

Tejas is not one single fighter
It's morphing into Amca and complete air combat system fit to fight future wars unmanned

You should have a battle with Mr MMME.

Among these three countries, South Korea is most likely to be the first to build a fifth-generation fighter jet, followed by Turkey, while India faces the greatest challenges. The radar of a fifth-generation fighter jet requires 14nm chip manufacturing. Both active electronically scanned array (AESA) radars and avionics systems also rely on chips. South Korea is a major player in chip manufacturing. Developing an aero-engine for a fifth-generation fighter jet demands top-tier manufacturing technology and decades of technical accumulation.

If we include unmanned stealth Fighter Jets and engine technologies, Turkiye is the leader of the pack

Turkiye also has its own systems such as GaN based AESA Radars , EOTS , IRST , DIRCM , EW Suite , Mission computer , HMDS , Targeting and Jamming Pods , and all kinds of Missile projects ( cruise , anti-ship , air to air , anti-radiation , ALBM , air to surface )

-----------------------------------

Turbofan Engine
Turkiye is ahead of S.Korea in engine technology and in 2018 Turkiye has started developing the TF-35.000 turbofan Engine for the KAAN Fighter Jet

AESA Radar
Turkiye has developed MURAD-100A AESA Radar produced with 100% national resources, from chip level to final system integration

The chips produced at the AB Micronano Laboratory, established in partnership with ASELSAN and Bilkent University

with the new technological level achieved with GaN modules

After AKINCI UCAV, KIZILELMA unmanned stealth Fighter Jet also started test flights with MURAD-100A AESA Radar.

KAAN's MURAD-600A AESA Radar has 2.000+ T/R modules built on GaN

-------------------------------------

so , Among these three countries, Turkiye is most likely to be the first to build a 5th-generation Fighter Jet with its own engine

Once this Indian fool opens his mouth only garbage flows.

What
NO South African ATLAS CARVER has striking resemblance than this one maybe HAL and DRDDO purchase CARVER design to develop TEJAS in 9
What the hell is this

images (36).jpeg
Indian Tejas too is inspired by highly successful mirage designs, thus the resemblance

KAAN has more stealth capabilities than KF-21

Radar cross-section estimates of 5th generation Fighter Jets and their sizes against living beings from smallest to largest:

🕷️Tarantula (Spider) ▸ -40 dBsm
🇺🇸 F-22 Raptor ▸ -40dBsm
🇺🇸 F-35 Lightning II ▸ -23 dBsm
🇹🇷 KAAN ▸ -25 dBsm ... -5 dBsm target
🦅 Eagle (Bird) ▸ -20 dBsm ... -10 dBsm
🇨🇳 J-20 Mighty Dragon ▸ -20 dBsm ... -5 dBsm
🇷🇺 SU-57 Felon ▸ -10 dBsm ... 0 dBsm
🕴️Human ▸ -5dBsm ... + 5dBsm

---------------------------------

KF-21 doesnt have internal weapon bay for stealth flight capability

KF-21 can not carry Bombs , Cruise Missiles and anti-radiotion Missiles in stealth mode for Air to ground attack and SEAD-DEAD role

S.Korean KF-21 technology

-- Engine from American GE
-- AESA Radar technology from Israeli ELTA Systems
-- Terrain-following/terrain avoidance (TF/TA) Systems from Israeli ELTA Systems
-- IRST sensor head unit from Italian LEONARDO
-- CANOPY technology from American TEXSTARS
-- AMADs from American TRIUMP GROUP

pretty amazing.

do you/op have an RCS test range built into your eyes?

how do you estimate rcs lol, please share your methodology- that too, of a prototype lol.

RCS values were expressed by the Turkish Air Force representative in the TF-X briefing given at the Press Day

Official source for KAAN ( -25 dBsm ... -5 dBsm target )

KAAN is not paper project ...
KAAN with advanced magnetic coating , S routing Air inlet ducts , Internal weapon Bays and RAM panel layer it could RCS value for X band 10GHz as 0.0030 m2 [ -25dbsqm ]

btw Turkish engineer and businessman Ergün Kırlıkovalı is the producer of the special coating material that provides stealth capability to American B-2 and F-35

Now, as a Turkish company in USA is the sole supplier for these two aircraft, the B-2 and F-35. We've been the sole supplier for the B-2 for over 30 years, and for the F-35 since 2006, that is, for 19 years

Turkish inventor, engineer, and businessman Ergün Kırlıkovalı, creator of the polymers that make American F-35 jets invisible

Im not going to provide you link because its just waste of time fulfilling Indian request because you lot keep changing goal posts. Go do your own research on Atlas Carvar.

LCA and Carvar have similar story, western and Israeli R&D. But one remained on drawing board and the other is flying today mainly due to sanctions on South Africa.
