Even if you take just the south Asian number - it’s still massively over represented.

Surely. However, that is not the topic of this discussion. If we had to choose between H-1B visa holders from India and Americans, it is evident that Americans should have priority and deserve the jobs.

In India Indians get first priority for jobs. In the US the Americans get first priority for jobs.
